झारखंड में बांग्लादेशियों की घुसपैठ को लेकर अमित शाह के बयान पर बांग्लादेश ने आपत्ति जतायी

रांची : संतालपरगना में बांग्लादेशियों की घुसपैठ को लेकर हेमंत सरकार पर भाजपा के लगातार हमलावर होने के बाद बांग्लादेश ने केंद्रीय गृहमंत्री अमित शाह के झारखंड में एक रैली के दौरान बांग्लादेशियों को लेकर दिए बयान पर सख़्त आपत्ति जताई है. बांग्लादेश के विदेश मंत्रालय ने 23 सितंबर को जारी एक बयान में अमित शाह की टिप्पणियों को दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण बताया. बांग्लादेश के विदेश मंत्रालय ने भारतीय उप उच्चायुक्त पवन बाधे को अपने कार्यालय में भी तलब किया था. श्री शाह ने कहा था कि भाजपा ‘बांग्लादेशी घुसपैठियों’ को उल्टा लटकाकर निपटेगी, शाह ने जोर देकर कहा था कि मुझे बताएं कि क्या यह जमीन आदिवासियों की है, या रोहिंग्या और बांग्लादेशी घुसपैठियों की है. बांग्लादेश के एक सरकारी बयान में कहा गया कि ढाका में भारत के उप उच्चायुक्त को 23 सितंबर सौंपे गए विरोध पत्र के जरिए से विदेश मंत्रालय ऐसी टिप्पणियों के खिलाफ अपनी गंभीर आपत्ति जताती है.

2018 में शाह ने बांग्लादेशी प्रवासियों को ‘दीमक’ कहा था

इस पत्र में बांग्लादेश के विदेश मंत्रालय ने भारत सरकार से राजनीतिक नेताओं को सलाह देने का आह्वान करते हुए कहा कि भारत सरकार अपने नेताओं को ऐसे ‘आपत्तिजनक और अस्वीकार्य’ बयान देने से बचने के लिए कहें. इसमें कहा गया कि ‘ज़िम्मेदार पदों पर बैठे लोगों की ओर से पड़ोसी देशों के नागरिकों पर की गई ऐसी टिप्पणियों से आपसी सम्मान और समझ की भावना कमज़ोर पड़ती है. गौरतलब है कि इससे पहले भी सितंबर 2018 में अमित शाह ने बांग्लादेशी प्रवासियों को लेकर आपत्तिजनक बयान दिया था, तब उन्होंने इन प्रवासियों को ‘दीमक’ कहा था, जिस पर बांगलादेश में आक्रोश भी देखने को मिला था. तब प्रधानमंत्री शेख हसीना के नेतृत्व वाली सरकार के तत्कालीन बांग्लादेशी सूचना मंत्री ने इस पर खेद व्यक्त किया था, हालांकि, तब भारत से कोई आधिकारिक विरोध दर्ज नहीं कराया गया था. गृह मंत्री ने अप्रैल 2019 में अवैध प्रवासियों के लिए फिर से इसी शब्द का इस्तेमाल किया था.
