कृषि ऋण माफी कार्यक्रम में सीएम ने केंद्र पर किया तंज…नई-नई सांसद बनी एक मोहतरमा फिर से कृषि कानून को थोपने की वकालत करती है और पीएम चुप्पी साधे रहते हैं

सीएम ने पौने दो लाख से अधिक किसानों को दी बड़ी सौगात…400 करोड़ से अधिक का कृषि लोन माफ किया 

रांची : झारखंड के मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन ने केंद्र सरकार पर तंज कसते हुए कहा कि काला कानूनों के जरिए केंद्र सरकार किसानों का हक मारने की फिराक में थी, लेकिन किसानों ने आंदोलन के जरिए एकजुटता दिखाकर सरकार को झुकने पर मजबूर कर दिया था. इसके बावजूद नई-नई सांसद बनी एक मोहतरमा ने फिर से उस कानून को थोपने की वकालत करती है और प्रधानमंत्री चुप्पी साध लेते हैं. झारखंड सरकार हर समय किसानों के साथ है. उनकी आर्थिक मजबूती राज्य सरकार का लक्ष्य है. सीएम ने गुरुवार को पौने दो लाख से अधिक किसानों को बड़ी सौगात दी है. उन्होंने 400 करोड़ से अधिक का कृषि लोन माफ कर दिया. उन्होंने डीबीटी के जरिए राशि का हस्तांतरण किया. उन्होंने कहा कि और इसी दिशा में ये कदम उठाया गया है. झारखंड के कृषि, पशुपालन एवं सहकारिता विभाग की ओर से गुरुवार को धुर्वा के प्रभाततारा मैदान में झारखंड कृषि ऋण माफी योजना कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया था.

किसानों के सम्मान का महाजुटान हुआ

सीएम ने 400 करोड़ से अधिक की कृषि ऋण की राशि हस्तांतरित की. 1 लाख 76 हजार 977 किसानों के 400 करोड़ 66 लाख रुपए की ऋण अदायगी राशि को उन्होंने डीबीटी के जरिए हस्तांतरित कर दिया. दो लाख तक के कृषि लोन को कृषि ऋण माफी योजना के तहत माफ कर किसानों को हेमंत सोरेन सरकार ने बड़ा तोहफा दिया है. हेमंत सोरेन ने कहा कि रांची में आज ऋण माफी जुटान नहीं है, बल्कि किसानों के सम्मान का महाजुटान है. आज किसानों के ऋण माफी के लिए हम सब एकत्रित हुए हैं. हमारे राज्य में 80 फीसदी लोग गांव-देहात में निवास करते हैं, जो खेती-बाड़ी से जुड़े हुए हैं. हमारे किसानों का बैंक खेत होता है और किसानों का एटीएम उनका खलिहान होता है.

पीएम हरियाणा की चुनावी सभा में कांग्रेस को कोसते नजर आए, पर किसानों पर कुछ नहीं बोले

सीएम ने कहा कि पूरे देश के किसान भाजपा की सरकार को एक साल से अधिक समय तक दिल्ली में घेर कर बैठ गए थे. दिल्ली में किसान इस तरह घेर कर बैठे कि भारत सरकार उस चहारदीवारी से बाहर नहीं निकल पा रही थी. उस आंदोलन में करीब 750 किसानों की जान भी चली गयी, लेकिन किसान डटे रहे, क्योंकि यही एनडीए भाजपा की सरकार किसानों के लिए काला कानून लेकर आ रही थी. पूरे देश के किसानों को व्यापारियों के हाथों बेचने की तैयारी हो रही थी. लेकिन किसानों ने हार नहीं मानी और इतना जबरदस्त आंदोलन किया कि आखिरकार सरकार को घुटने टेकने पड़े और तीनों काला कानूनों को वापस लेना पड़ा. विडंबना देखिए कि हरियाणा की चुनावी सभा में कांग्रेस को कोसते नजर आए लेकिन किसानों पर कुछ नहीं बोले. मौके पर मंत्री डॉ रामेश्वर उरांव, कृषि मंत्री दीपिका पांडेय सिंह, पूर्व प्रदेश कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष राजेश ठाकुर समेत अन्य मौजूद थे.
