रांची SDO उत्कर्ष कुमार ने नामकुम सीओ ऑफिस पहुंचे, पूर्व सीओ प्रशांत भूषण व अन्य कर्मियों के बयान दर्ज 

रांची : रांची के सदर एसडीओ उत्कर्ष कुमार ने सोशल मीडिया व न्यूज चैनलों में प्रसारित ‘नामकुम अंचल में प्रभार लेने के लिए ताला तोड़कर सीओ ने लिया चार्ज’ वायरल वीडियो के संबंध में रविवार को जांच की. नामकुम के पूर्व अंचल अधिकारी प्रभात भूषण सिंह एवं कर्मियों के इस संबंध में बयान दर्ज किए गए हैं. रांची डीसी राहुल कुमार सिंहा ने शनिवार को कहा था कि इस मामले में चौबीस घंटे के अंदर जांच की जाएगी. रविवार को एसडीओ उत्कर्ष कुमार के नेतृत्व में जिला प्रशासन की टीम ने नामकुम अंचल कार्यालय पहुंचकर स्थल जांच की. इस दौरान नामकुम के पूर्व सीओ प्रशांत भूषण और अन्य कर्मियों के बयान दर्ज किए गए. प्रभार लेने वाले नामकुम के अंचल अधिकारी राम प्रवेश कुमार को भी अपना पक्ष रखने के लिए बुलाया गया.

डीसी  ने 24 घंटे के अंदर जांच रिपोर्ट देने का निर्देश दिया था

एसडीओ उत्कर्ष कुमार ने प्रभार लेनेवाले नामकुम के अंचल अधिकारी राम प्रवेश कुमार को अपना पक्ष रखने के लिए बुलाया. इस दौरान वहां के पंचायत समिति के सदस्य और उपप्रमुख ने भी अपनी बातें रखते हुए ज्ञापन सौंपा. रांची के डीसी राहुल कुमार सिन्हा ने 28 सितंबर को नामकुम अंचल की इस घटना के वायरल वीडियो के संबंध में एसडीओ को स्थल जांच कर संलिप्त दोषी पदाधिकारी-कर्मियों को चिन्हित करते हुए 24 घंटे के अंदर जांच रिपोर्ट देने का निर्देश दिया था. वहां के आसपास के लोगों को अभी तक यह समझ नहीं आया है कि आखिर नए सीओ को चार्ज लेने की इतनी बेचैनी क्यों थी? सामान्य तौर पर तीन-चार दिनों के बाद ट्रांसफर-पोस्टिंग का कोरम पूरा कर लिया जाता है. अब देखना है जांच रिपोर्ट के बाद डीसी क्या रुख अपनाते हैं.
