झारखंड ऊर्जा विकास श्रमिक संघ ने 3 अक्टूबर से किया हड़ताल का आह्वान, करीब 7000 विद्युतकर्मी होंगे शामिल

रांची : अपनी 6 सूत्री मांगों को लेकर झारखंड ऊर्जा विकास श्रमिक संघ के हजारों कर्मी 03 अक्टूबर से अनिश्चितकालीन हड़ताल पर जा रहे हैं। इस बाबत तैयारी को लेकर झारखंड ऊर्जा विकास श्रमिक संघ के केंद्रीय अध्यक्ष अजय राय सोमवार को रामगढ़ सर्किल में बैठक कर तैयारी का जायजा लिया। बैठक की अध्यक्षता संघ के सर्कल अध्यक्ष परशुराम सिंह यादव ने की। इस अवसर पर संघ के केंद्रीय अध्यक्ष अजय राय ने कहा कि पूरे राज्य में आउटसोर्स अभिशाप के रूप में देखा जा सकता है। हर जगह लूट-खसोट चरम पर है और सरकार कुंभकर्णी निद्रा में सोए हुए हैं, ऐसे में हड़ताल के अलावा हमारे पास कोई दूसरा विकल्प नहीं है। उन्होंने कहा कि पूरे राज्य के विद्युत कर्मी आक्रोश में है और सरकार से आर पार की लड़ाई लड़ने के लिए तैयार हैं. अजय राय ने दावा किया कि हड़ताल में लगभग 7000 विद्युतकर्मी शामिल हो रहे हैं और ऐसे में पूरे राज्य को ब्लैकआउट होने से कोई बचा नही सकता।

‘ऊर्जा निगम के अंदर संगठित सिंडिकेट काम कर रहा है’

उन्होंने कहा कि ऊर्जा निगम के अंदर एक संगठित सिंडिकेट काम कर रहा है, जिससे नियमित कर्मचारियों से लेकर मानव दिवस कर्मी परेशान हैं। एक ओर डिजनेशन मैपिंग के नाम पर अधिकारियों को तो प्रोन्नति दे दी गई लेकिन कर्मचारियों को उन्हें अधिकार देने में भेदभाव किया जा रहा है. उन्होंने कहा कि केंद्र सरकार ने भी न्यूनतम मजदूरी की दर में बढ़ोतरी कर श्रमिक हित में फैसला लिया है जो स्वागत योग्य है, अब देखना है कि झारखंड सरकार कबतक इस संबंध में निर्णय लेती है. संघ की प्रमुख मांगों में आउटसोर्स व्यवस्था खत्म कर, पुरानी व्यवस्था लागू करने, होमगार्ड की तर्ज पर विद्युतकर्मियों का भी मानदेय 1000 रुपए से ऊपर अनुभव के आधार पर चार वर्गों में तय करने, 10 वर्ष से ऊपर सेवा देनेवाले कर्मियों की नियमित नियुक्ति करने आदि  शामिल हैं.
