गुमला : – गुमला जिला मुख्यालय में बुधवार, 2 अक्टूबर 2024 को राष्ट्रपिता महात्मा गांधी जी की 155वीं जयंती के अवसर पर गाँधी पार्क में स्थित उनकी आदमकद प्रतिमा पर गुमला उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी, गुमला पुलिस कप्तान शंभू कुमार सिंह, उप विकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो, अपर समाहर्ता, एसडीओ सदर, डीसीएलआर गुमला, जिला नजारत उप समाहर्ता, जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक, जिला खेल पदाधिकारी, और जिला पंचायती राज पदाधिकारी सहित अन्य कई विभागीय पदाधिकारियों ने मिलकर माल्यार्पण किया और उन्हें भावभीनी श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित की।
इस अवसर पर सभी उपस्थित अधिकारियों ने महात्मा गांधी जी के जीवन और कार्यों का स्मरण करते हुए उनके आदर्शों और सिद्धांतों को याद किया, जिनका आज भी समाज पर गहरा प्रभाव है। इस आयोजन ने महात्मा गांधी जी के योगदान और उनके द्वारा समाज में फैलाई गई शांति, सत्य, और अहिंसा की शिक्षाओं को पुनः उजागर किया। सभी ने उनके विचारों को अपनाने और उनके दिखाए मार्ग पर चलने का संकल्प लिया।
