गोगो दीदी योजना के खिलाफ विनोद पांडेय सीईओ के पास पहुंचे, जेएमएम सम्मान योजना शुरू करने की घोषणा भी की

रांची : भाजपा की ओर से हेमंत सरकार की सख्त कार्रवाई को धत्ता बताते हुए भाजपा प्रदेश अध्यक्ष ने गोगो दीदी योजना के तहत फार्म भरवाने का काम शुुुरू कर दिया है. हालांकि अभी तक उनके खिलाफ रांची जिला प्रशासन ने कोई एक्शन नहीं लिया है. वहीं झारखंड मुक्ति मोर्चा ने गोगो दीदी योजना को काउंटर करने के लिए जेएमएम सम्मान योजना लाने के लिए चुनाव आयोग से अनुमति मांगी है। इसे लेकर जेएमएम के महासचिव विनोद कुमार पांडेय की ओर से बुधवार को रांची स्थित मुख्य निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी कार्यालय पहुंचकर सीईओ के.रवि कुमार को ज्ञापन सौंपा गया। वहीं जेएमएम ने इस योजना के तहत दावा किया है कि हर महीने की एक तारीख को 2500 रुपये महिलाओं के खाते में भेजे जाएंगे। पार्टी की ओर से इसके लिए आयोग से अनुमति मांगी गई है। जेएमएम की ओर से चुनाव आयोग को सौंपे गए ज्ञापन में बताया गया है कि राजनीतिक दलों और उम्मीदवारों की ओर से अपनी प्रस्तावित लाभार्थी योजनाओं के लिए सर्वेक्षण के बहाने मतदाताओं के विवरण मांगने की गतिविधि गलत है। इसे जनप्रतिनिधि अधिनियम 1951 की धारा 123 (1) के तहत रिश्वत के भ्रष्ट आचरण के रूप में गंभीरता से लिया जाना चाहिए।

चुनाव आयोग कब और कैसे लेगा एक्शन…?

चुनाव आयोग में शिकायत करने के बाद सीएम हेमंत सोरेन की ओर से आवश्यक प्रशासनिक कार्रवाई का भी निर्देश दिया गया। इसके साथ सभी जिले के उपायुक्त को कार्रवाई करते हुए इसमें मुकदमा दर्ज करने का आदेश दिया गया। बीजेपी के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष बाबूलाल मरांडी ने इस आदेश को चुनौती में लेते हुए मंगलवार को गोगो दीदी योजना के तहत महिलाओं के फॉर्म भरवाये। बता दें कि रक्षाबंधन के मौके पर झारखंड मुख्यमंत्री मंईयां सम्मान योजना की शुरूआत की थी, जिसकी तीसरी किस्त 8 अक्टूबर को महिलाओं के खाते में भेज दिया गया है और चौथी किस्त छठ पूजा से पहले भेजे जाने की बात कही गई है। इस योजना का महिला वोटरों पर हो रहे प्रभाव को देखते हुए बीजेपी ने 1000 की राशि बढ़ाकर 2100 करने का वादा करते हुए गोगो दीदी योजना शुरू करने का ऐलान किया। मंईयां सम्मान योजना के जवाब में बीजेपी भी अब फॉर्म भरवा रही है। अब देखना है कि चुनाव आयोग कब और कैसे इसपर एक्शन लेता है.
