रांची : मुख्यमंत्री मंईयां सम्मान योजना के खिलाफ दायर जनहित याचिका झारखंड हाईकोर्ट में खारिज हो गई. सुनवाई के दौरान कोर्ट ने इस योजना पर रोक लगाने से इंकार कर दिया है. हाईकोर्ट के चीफ जस्टिस की बेंच में गुरुवार को इस मामले की सुनवाई हुई. झारखंड सरकार द्वारा चलाई जा रही महत्वाकांक्षी योजना मुख्यमंत्री मंईयां सम्मान योजना पर रोक के लिए झारखंड हाईकोर्ट में दायर जनहित याचिका पर गुरुवार को सुनवाई हुई.
सिमडेगा निवाकी विष्णु साहू ने अपने अधिवक्ता राजीव कुमार के माध्यम से जनहित याचिका दाखिल की है. याचिका में कहा गया है कि चुनाव से पहले सरकार ने मतदाताओं को लुभाने के लिए इस तरह की योजना शुरू की है. इस मामले में राज्य सरकार की ओर से महाधिवक्ता राजीव रंजन और अधिवक्ता पीयूष चित्रेश ने बहस की. कहा जा रहा है कि इस योजना के खिलाफ भाजपा ने जनहित याचिका दायर करवाई थी.
