JMM ने बाबूलाल पर मतदान के दौरान अपनी तस्वीर खिंचवाकर सार्वजनिक करने का आरोप लगाया, चुनाव आयोग से की गई शिकायत, कार्रवाई की मांग

गिरिडीह : झारखंड विधानसभा चुनाव के दूसरे व अंतिम चरण में बुधवार को वोटिंग के बीच झारखंड मुक्ति मोर्चा (झामुमो) ने भारतीय जनता पार्टी (भाजपा) के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष बाबूलाल मरांडी पर आचार संहिता के उल्लंघन करने का आरोप लगाया है। झामुमो ने बुधवार को गिरिडीह के निर्वाची पदाधिकारी सह उपायुक्त नमन प्रियेश लकड़ा को इससे जुड़ी दो तस्वीरें भेजीं हैं। इसकी प्रति मुख्य निर्वाचन आयुक्त और झारखंड के मुख्य निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी को भी भेजी गई है।

बाबूलाल के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की मांग 

सोशल मीडिया का हवाला देते हुए कहा गया कि 28-धनवार विधानसभा क्षेत्र से भाजपा के अधिकृत प्रत्याशी बाबूलाल मरांडी ने बुधवार को  मतदान के समय अन्दर में आदर्श चुनाव आचार संहिता का उल्लंघन किया है. भाजपा प्रत्याशी ने मतदान के दौरान अपनी तस्वीर खिंचवाकर सार्वजनिक की है. यह आदर्श चुनाव आचार संहिता का उल्लंघन है। एक मतदाता के तौर पर यह लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 का उल्लंघन है. झामुमो प्रवक्ता ने बाबूलाल मरांडी के खिलाफ कार्रवाई करने की मांग की है।
