हजारीबाग – विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय की सुरक्षा व्यवस्था, जो पिछले कुछ वर्षों से लापरवाही और विवादों में रही है, अब सुधार की दिशा में है। कुलपति प्रो. पवन कुमार पोद्दार ने सुरक्षा खामियों पर सख्त कदम उठाते हुए नई व्यवस्था लागू करने का निर्णय लिया है।

विश्वविद्यालय में पहले सुरक्षा से जुड़े गंभीर मुद्दे सामने आए, जिनमें चोरी की घटनाएं और अतिथि भवन तथा विज्ञान भवन का गलत कार्यों के लिए इस्तेमाल जैसी समस्याएं शामिल थीं। इन शिकायतों को लंबे समय तक अनदेखा किया गया, और केवल औपचारिक जांच के नाम पर खानापूर्ति की गई।

सुरक्षा खामियों का पर्दाफाश

1. सुरक्षा गार्ड की अनुपस्थिति
शिकायतें थीं कि जितने सुरक्षा गार्ड विश्वविद्यालय में प्रतिनियुक्त किए गए हैं, उनमें से आधे भी ड्यूटी पर उपस्थित नहीं रहते। यह खामी न केवल सुरक्षा को कमजोर कर रही थी, बल्कि चोरी और अन्य आपराधिक गतिविधियों को बढ़ावा देने में भी योगदान कर रही थी।

1. नई सुरक्षा एजेंसी की नियुक्ति
कुलपति प्रो. पवन कुमार पोद्दार ने सुरक्षा व्यवस्था को सुधारने के लिए सिक्योर्ड सिक्योरिटी सॉल्यूशन प्राइवेट लिमिटेड नामक एजेंसी के साथ नई शर्तें लागू की हैं।

2. व्हाट्सएप-आधारित निगरानी प्रणाली
अब सुरक्षा कर्मियों की प्रतिनियुक्ति का ड्यूटी चार्ट और व्हाट्सएप नंबर कुलपति और अन्य अधिकारियों के पास उपलब्ध रहेगा।

• अधिकारी कभी भी व्हाट्सएप कॉल या अन्य माध्यम से सुरक्षा गार्ड की उपस्थिति की जांच कर सकते हैं।
• अनुपस्थिति पाए जाने पर सुरक्षा एजेंसी के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

3. अधिकारियों की जवाबदेही बढ़ाना
कुलपति ने यह सुनिश्चित किया कि अधिकारी भी सुरक्षा की स्थिति पर नजर रखें और समय-समय पर जांच करें।

सुरक्षा सुधार के प्रभाव

1. अपराध की घटनाओं में कमी
नई निगरानी प्रणाली से विश्वविद्यालय परिसर में चोरी और अन्य अवांछित गतिविधियों पर अंकुश लगेगा। गार्ड की नियमित उपस्थिति सुनिश्चित होने से परिसर सुरक्षित रहेगा।

2. विश्वविद्यालय का माहौल बेहतर होगा
अतिथि भवन और विज्ञान भवन जैसी महत्वपूर्ण जगहों का गलत उपयोग अब रुकेगा। इससे छात्रों, शिक्षकों, और आगंतुकों को सुरक्षित और सकारात्मक वातावरण मिलेगा।

3. जिम्मेदार एजेंसी और कर्मचारी
नई शर्तों के तहत, सुरक्षा एजेंसी को जवाबदेह बनाया गया है। इससे उनकी कार्यक्षमता में सुधार होगा और गार्ड अपनी ड्यूटी को गंभीरता से लेंगे।
