नई दिल्ली – अदाणी ग्रीन एनर्जी लिमिटेड के निदेशकों के खिलाफ अमेरिकी डिपार्टमेंट ऑफ जस्टिस (DOJ) और यूएस सिक्योरिटीज एंड एक्सचेंज कमीशन (SEC) द्वारा लगाए गए आरोपों को समूह ने पूरी तरह निराधार बताते हुए खारिज कर दिया है।
अदाणी समूह के प्रवक्ता ने कहा, “जैसा कि अमेरिकी डिपार्टमेंट ऑफ जस्टिस ने स्वयं स्पष्ट किया है, कोर्ट में लगाए गए आरोप मात्र आरोप हैं। जब तक इन्हें अदालत में साबित नहीं किया जाता, तब तक निदेशकों को निर्दोष माना जाएगा।”
