• प्रोफेसर स्टीफन मरांडी को झारखंड विधान सभा के नवनिर्वाचित सदस्यगण को शपथ दिलाने के लिए प्रोटेम स्पीकर नियुक्त किया गया।
• यह निर्णय विधानसभा संचालन में पारदर्शिता और सुगमता सुनिश्चित करने के लिए लिया गया है।

2. षष्ठम झारखंड विधान सभा का पहला सत्र

• पहला सत्र 9 दिसंबर, 2024 से 12 दिसंबर, 2024 तक आयोजित किया जाएगा।

  • यह निर्णय राज्य के आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग, विशेष रूप से महिलाओं, को सीधा वित्तीय सहयोग प्रदान करेगा।

राजस्व वृद्धि और बकाया वसूली

• बकाया वसूली:
  • केंद्र सरकार और केंद्रीय उपक्रमों पर झारखंड का ₹1,36,000 करोड़ बकाया है।
  • इस राशि की वसूली के लिए विधिक कार्रवाई शुरू करने का निर्णय लिया गया।
• नए राजस्व स्रोत:
  • खनन क्षेत्र में लागू पुराने करों में वृद्धि की जाएगी।

नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया में सुधार

राज्य में रिक्त पदों पर नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया में पारदर्शिता लाने के लिए:

• JPSC, JSSC और अन्य प्राधिकरणों को 1 जनवरी, 2025 से पहले परीक्षा कैलेंडर प्रकाशित करने का निर्देश दिया गया।
• पुलिस नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया की समीक्षा की जाएगी ताकि यह अधिक प्रभावी और निष्पक्ष हो।

असम के चाय बागानों में झारखंड मूल के जनजातीय समूहों की स्थिति का अध्ययन

असम के चाय बागानों में कार्यरत झारखंड मूल के आदिवासी समूहों की दशा का अध्ययन करने के लिए:

• सर्वदलीय प्रतिनिधिमंडल और अधिकारियों की एक टीम को असम भेजने का निर्णय लिया गया।
• यह टीम जमीनी स्थिति का आकलन कर सरकार को अपनी रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करेगी।
• इसका उद्देश्य इन जनजातीय समूहों के लिए भविष्य में बेहतर सुविधाएं सुनिश्चित करना है।

विकास के लिए अन्य निर्णय

1. आर्थिक सुधारों पर जोर

• पुराने करों में संशोधन से राज्य की आय में वृद्धि की उम्मीद है।
• विशेष कोषांग के गठन से वित्तीय अनुशासन और राजस्व संग्रह में सुधार होगा।

2. सामाजिक न्याय और कल्याण:

• मंइया सम्मान योजना का विस्तार राज्य के गरीब और वंचित वर्गों के लिए बड़ी राहत है।
