RSS आदिवासी इलाकों में कमजोर हुआ, बढ़ा ईसाई मिशनरियों का प्रभाव, ध्वस्त हुआ भाजपा का गढ़, अब हार पर हो रही समीक्षा…पार्टी में गहरा मंथन शुरू 

रांची से लेकर दिल्ली तक हाहाकार की स्थिति, झारखंड की राजनीति में आया बदलाव, लगातार कमजोर होती भाजपा के लिए आगे की राह भी आसान नहीं

रांचीः लोकसभा चुनाव के बाद विधानसभा चुनाव में भी झारखंड के आदिवासियों ने भाजपा का साथ नहीं दिया. 28 में से केवल एक सीट भाजपा को मिली. पूर्व सीएम चंपाई सोरेन अपनी वजह से जीत सके. ऐसे परिणाम की उम्मीद किसी को नहीं थी. आदिवासियों को अपने साथ जोड़ने की तमाम कोशिशें बेकार हो गई. भाजपा अब हार की समीक्षा कर रही है. पार्टी में गहरा मंथन शुरू हो गया है.

रांची से लेकर दिल्ली तक हाहाकार की स्थिति है. हार के कई कारण सामने आ रहे हैं. प्रमुख कारणों में एक यह भी है कि आदिवासी बहुल इलाकों में ईसाई मिशनरियों का प्रभाव बढ़ा है. संख्या भी काफी बढ़ गई है.

सरना आदिवासी कम हो गए हैं. भाजपा के खिलाफ मिशनरियों के साथ मुस्लिम गठजोड़ ने पार्टी की जड़ें हिला दी हैं. हार का बहुत बड़ा कारण इन दोनों का गठजोड़ है. इस कारण भाजपा की तमाम कोशिशों पर पानी फिर गया है. झारखंड में भाजपा के लिए आगे की राह भी कठिन दिख रही है.

  आदिवासी क्षेत्रों में भाजपा अगर कमजोर हो रही है तो इसकी जड़ में राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ (आरएसएस) की गतिविधियों का कमजोर होना एक अहम कारण माना जा रहा है.

इन इलाकों में जहां संघ की गतिविधियां कमजोर पड़ गई हैं, वहीं ईसाई मिशनरियों की गतिविधियां बढ़ी हैं. कई संगठन गांव में काम कर रहे हैं और भाजपा के खिलाफ माहौल बनाने में जुटे हुए हैं. चुनाव में इसका असर दिखा.

गुमला-लोहरदगा में भी कम हुआ प्रभाव, कभी

थी मजबूत पकड़  

आदिवासी बहुल इलाकों में संघ की ओर से कई संगठन काम कर रहे हैं. इनमें वनवासी कल्याण केंद्र, एकल विद्यालय, सरस्वती शिशु मंदिर, रात्रिकालीन पाठशाला सहित सेवा प्रकल्प के कई अन्य कार्यक्रम संचालित होते हैं. इन कार्यक्रमों का मूल उद्देश्य आदिवासियों में जागृति लाकर धर्मांतरण रोकना और उनमें हिंदुत्व की भावना भरना है. साथ ही अपनी परंपरा से जोड़े रखना है. पर पिछले कुछ वर्षों से संघ की गतिविधियां कमजोर पड़ गई हैं.

संघ आर्थिक तंगी और संसाधनों की कमी से जूझ रहा है. सभी कार्यक्रम प्रभावित हो रहे हैं. कहने को तो सभी चल रहे हैं लेकिन उनकी भूमिका प्रभावी नहीं रह गई है. इसका असर नहीं दिख रहा. संघ से नए लोग नहीं जुड़ रहे हैं. समर्पित होकर काम करनेवालों की कमी हो गई है.

छत्तीसगढ़ से लगे गुमला जिले के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में भी भाजपा बहुत कमजोर हो चुकी है. जबकि इन इलाकों में भाजपा मजबूत थी. गुमला, लोहरदगा, विशनपुर, सिसई की सीट भाजपा हमेशा जीत रही थी. लेकिन अब यहां से भाजपा उखड़ गई. झामुमो का प्रभाव बढ़ गया. इन सीटों पर अब इंडी गठबंधन का कब्जा है.

गुमला के इलाके में कभी वनवासी कल्याण केंद्र सहित अन्य संगठनों का काम बेहतर था. मजबूत पकड़ थी. छत्तीसगढ़ के जशपुर जिले में होनेवाले कार्यों का प्रभाव भी यहां दिखता था, पर अब सबकुछ खत्म हो चुका है. सारे संगठन हाशिये पर चले गए.

विशुनपुर इलाके में कम हु्आ ‘विकास भारती’ का प्रभाव 

विशुनपुर इलाके में अशोक भगत की संस्था विकास भारती कभी बहुत प्रभावशाली था. यहां तक कि विशुनपुर का टिकट अशोक भगत ही तय करते थे. जिस पर उन्होंने हाथ रख दिया वह विधायक बन गया. लेकिन यह मजबूत किला भी ध्वस्त हो चुका है. यहां झारखंड मुक्ति मोर्चा व चमरा लिंडा का प्रभाव अधिक है.

चमरा लिंडा विशुनपुर से तीन बार से लगातार चुनाव जीत रहे हैं. इलाके में विकास भारती का प्रभाव लगभग समाप्ति की ओर है. संघ व भाजपा के लिए यह गंभीर चिंता का विषय है.

संघ की भूमिका भी अब पहले की तरह प्रभावित नहीं रह गई है. हिंदुत्व की विचारधारा को विस्तार तो मिला, लेकिन इस अनुपात में संघ का विस्तार नहीं हो रहा है. नए लोग नहीं जुड़ रहे हैं। शाखाएं भी प्रभावी नहीं रह गयीं।

संघ के कमजोर होने का ही यह परिणाम है कि आदिवासी इलाकों में भाजपा का प्रभाव कम हो गया है. आदिवासियों का झुकाव भाजपा विरोधी दलों की ओर हो गया.
