कौन होगा भाजपा विधायक दल का नेता?, सीपी सिंह के नाम पर हो सकता है विचार

रांची  : 9 दिसंबर से विधानसभा का सत्र शुरू होगा. सत्र से पहले भाजपा को विधायक दल का नेता चुनना होगा. नेता को लेकर पार्टी के अंदर मंथन व हलचल तेज है. विधानसभा के अंदर जनमुद्दों पर हेमंत सोरेन सरकार को कौन घेर सकता है. आंकड़ों और तथ्यों के साथ सदन में कौन अपनी बातें मजबूती से रख सकेगा.

भाजपा को ऐसे नाम पर विचार करना होगा, जो सरकार को सदन में घेर सके. जवाब देने को मजबूर कर सके. विपक्ष का संख्या बल कम है, जबकि सत्तापक्ष मजबूत है. ऐसे में चुनौती बड़ी है. विधानसभा के अंदर मुखर आवाज उठाने वाले कई विधायक हार चुके हैं. इनमें नेता प्रतिपक्ष रहे अमर बाउरी, भानु प्रताप शाही, विरंची नारायण, अनंत ओझा व रणधीर सिंह प्रमुख हैं.

सीपी सिंह का पलड़ा भारी

भाजपा में तीन चेहरे प्रमुख हैं जो नेता प्रतिपक्ष के दावेदार हैं और सीनियर भी हैं. इनमें रांची विधायक सीपी सिंह, प्रदेश अध्यक्ष बाबूलाल मरांडी व कोडरमा विधायक पूर्व मंत्री नीरा यादव हैं. वरीयता व अनुभव के आधार पर सीपी सिंह का पलड़ा भारी है. सिंह लगातार सातवीं बार जीते हैं.

विधानसभा अध्यक्ष भी रह चुके हैं. इसलिए सदन व संसदीय परंपरा का लंबा अनुभव है. सदन में मजबूती से अपनी बात रखते रहे हैं. सरकार को घेरने का मादा रखते हैं. तथ्य व आंकड़ों के साथ बोलते हैं.

चुनाव में बाबूलाल की छवि प्रभावित हुई है

दसरे बाबूलाल मरांडी हैं. मरांडी अनुभवी नेता हैं. पूर्व सीएम, पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री व कई बार विधायक रह चुके हैं. दलबदल को लेकर चल रहे मामले की आड़ में पिछले पांच सालों तक विधानसभा अध्यक्ष रवींद्र महतो ने उन्होंने कभी बोलने का अवसर नहीं दिया. अध्यक्ष ने कभी उनकी बात नहीं सुनी. बाबूलाल मरांडी अभी प्रदेश अध्यक्ष हैं.

नए प्रदेश अध्यक्ष का चुनाव फरवरी-मार्च में होगा. ऐसे में मरांडी को दोनों जिम्मेदारी एक साथ दी जाएगी ऐसा नहीं लगता है. चुनाव में भाजपा प्रदर्शन भी खराब रहा है. इससे बाबूलाल की छवि प्रभावित हुई है. कद घटा है. अब पार्टी मरांडी को लेकर क्या फैसला लेती है. उन्हें क्या जिम्मेदारी दी जाएगी यह देखना होगा.

रेस में नीरा मुंडा भी

तीसरा नाम पूर्व मंत्री नीरा यादव का है. नीरा यादव तीन बार की विधायक हैं. ओबीसी के साथ-साथ महिला भी हैं. लेकिन सदन के अंदर कभी मुखर नहीं रही हैं. सदन में जुझारू नेता चाहिए. इस कसौटी पर नीरा यादव फिट नहीं बैठेंगी, इसलिए इनके नाम पर विचार की संभावना कम है. ओबीसी चेहरा में बरही विधायक मनोज यादव भी हैं.

मनोज यादव बहुत सीनियर विधायक हैं. लंबा राजनीतिक अनुभव तो है पर भाजपा के टिकट पर पहली बार जीत कर आए हैं. इसलिए नए चेहरे पर भाजपा दाव नहीं लगाएगी. इससे अन्य विधायकों में असंतोष भड़केगा. अनुभव व समीकरण को देखते हुए फिलहाल तो सीपी सिंह का ही पलड़ा भारी लग रहा है. लेकिन भाजपा नेतृत्व किसके नाम पर मुहर लगाती है यह देखना होगा. नाम पर भाजपा में मंथन चल रहा है.

मनोज यादव या राज सिन्हा हो सकते हैं मुख्य सचेतक

जातीय समीकरण भी देखा जाएगा. मनोज यादव या राज सिन्हा सिंह को मुख्य सचेतक बनाया जा सकता है. नीरा यादव भी इस रेस में शामिल हो सकती हैं। पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री चंपई सोरेन की भूमिका पर भी पार्टी को फैसला लेना होगा।

झारखंड में आदिवासी वोटरों ने भाजपा का साथ छोड़ दिया है. उम्मीद है कि पार्टी अब नई रणनीति के साथ आगे बढ़ेगी. अब ओबीसी, जेनरल व एससी जाति के नेताओं को महत्व दिया जाएगा. इस चुनाव में इन्हीं वर्गों ने भाजपा की लाज बचाई है. अब भी यदि इन जातियों की उपेक्षा हुई तो भाजपा की राह और मुश्किल होगी.

सदन में नए चेहरों को बनानी होगी पहचान

भाजपा के 21 विधायक हैं. सदन में मजबूती से आवाज उठाने वाले अधिकतर विधायक हार चुके हैं. इसलिए अब नए चेहरों को मोर्चा संभालना होगा. नए विधायकों में कौन प्रभावित करता है यह देखना होगा. राज सिन्हा, अमित यादव, देवेंद्र कुंवर, उज्जवल दास, सत्येंद्र तिवारी, पूर्णिमा साहू, रागिनी सिंह जैसे कुछ विधायकों के प्रदर्शन पर नजर रहेगी.
