गुमला: नहाने के दौरान गहरे पानी में वृद्ध की डूबकर मौत

झारखंड के गुमला जिले में एक दुखद घटना ने पूरे क्षेत्र को शोक में डाल दिया है। पालकोट थाना अंतर्गत बघिमा बड़काटोली गांव के निवासी, 65 वर्षीय द्वारिकानाथ मिश्रा की पिंजरा डीपा नदी में नहाने के दौरान डूबने से मौत हो गई। इस घटना ने ग्रामीणों को झकझोर कर रख दिया है और स्थानीय प्रशासन के प्रति सुरक्षा उपायों को लेकर सवाल खड़े किए हैं।

हादसे का विवरण: गहरे पानी में फिसलने से हुई मौत

द्वारिकानाथ मिश्रा रोजाना की तरह पिंजरा डीपा नदी में स्नान करने गए थे। स्थानीय लोगों के अनुसार, नहाने के दौरान उनका पैर फिसल गया और वह गहरे पानी में चले गए। नदी के उस हिस्से में पानी का बहाव तेज़ था, जिससे वे खुद को संभाल नहीं पाए। जब तक ग्रामीणों ने उन्हें बचाने का प्रयास किया, तब तक बहुत देर हो चुकी थी।

यह घटना स्पष्ट करती है कि ऐसे खतरनाक स्थानों पर सावधानी और जागरूकता की कितनी आवश्यकता है।

पुलिस की त्वरित कार्रवाई और पोस्टमार्टम की प्रक्रिया

घटना की सूचना मिलते ही पालकोट थाना पुलिस तुरंत घटनास्थल पर पहुंची। पुलिस ने शव को अपने कब्जे में लेकर पोस्टमार्टम के लिए गुमला सदर अस्पताल भेजा। पोस्टमार्टम के बाद शव को परिवार के सुपुर्द कर दिया गया।

पुलिस ने कहा कि यह हादसा पानी के तेज बहाव और गहराई के कारण हुआ है। पुलिस ने ग्रामीणों से आग्रह किया कि वे ऐसे स्थानों पर विशेष सतर्कता बरतें।

क्षेत्र में शोक का माहौल

द्वारिकानाथ मिश्रा अपने गांव में एक सम्मानित व्यक्ति थे। उनकी मृत्यु से पूरे गांव में शोक का माहौल है। ग्रामीणों ने प्रशासन से अपील की है कि ऐसे खतरनाक स्थानों पर चेतावनी बोर्ड लगाए जाएं और सुरक्षा उपाय सुनिश्चित किए जाएं।

ग्रामीणों के अनुसार, यह पहली बार नहीं है जब पिंजरा डीपा नदी में इस तरह की दुर्घटना हुई है। स्थानीय प्रशासन को ऐसी घटनाओं से बचने के लिए ठोस कदम उठाने की आवश्यकता है।

सुरक्षा के लिए जरूरी कदम

इस तरह की घटनाओं से बचने के लिए कुछ उपाय किए जा सकते हैं:

1. चेतावनी बोर्ड लगाना: खतरनाक स्थानों पर चेतावनी बोर्ड लगाए जाने चाहिए।
2. स्थानीय निगरानी: ग्रामीणों के लिए एक निगरानी समिति बनाई जा सकती है जो ऐसे क्षेत्रों में लोगों को सतर्क करे।
3. सुरक्षा उपकरण: नदी किनारे लाइफ जैकेट या रस्सी जैसी सुविधाएं उपलब्ध होनी चाहिए।
4. जागरूकता अभियान: प्रशासन को ग्रामीणों के बीच पानी के खतरों और सावधानियों के प्रति जागरूकता फैलानी चाहिए।

द्वारिकानाथ मिश्रा की मृत्यु एक त्रासदी है जो हमें सतर्क रहने की जरूरत को याद दिलाती है। प्रशासन और स्थानीय लोगों को मिलकर यह सुनिश्चित करना चाहिए कि भविष्य में इस तरह की घटनाएं न हों।
