गुमला में अवैध गांजा कारोबार का भंडाफोड़, तीन महिलाएं गिरफ्तार

झारखंड के गुमला जिले में गांजा तस्करी के खिलाफ पुलिस ने बड़ी कार्रवाई की। पुलिस कप्तान शंभू कुमार सिंह ने एक प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस के जरिए बताया कि तीन महिलाओं को गांजा बेचने के आरोप में गिरफ्तार किया गया है। यह कार्रवाई सिसई रोड स्थित गांधीनगर इलाके में की गई, जहां महिलाओं के घर से बड़ी मात्रा में गांजा बरामद हुआ।

गुप्त सूचना के आधार पर हुई त्वरित कार्रवाई

4 दिसंबर 2024 को पुलिस कप्तान को गुप्त सूचना मिली थी कि सिसई रोड गांधीनगर में महिलाओं के घरों में गांजा बेचा जा रहा है। यह कारोबार न केवल अवैध था, बल्कि इससे नाबालिग बच्चों पर भी गंभीर दुष्प्रभाव पड़ रहा था।
गुप्त सूचना पर कार्रवाई करते हुए, गुमला एसडीपीओ सुरेश कुमार यादव के नेतृत्व में एक छापामारी दल का गठन किया गया। इस दल में सब-इंस्पेक्टर मुनेश तिवारी, अमर शुक्ला, हानि हेमा देवी, और कई अन्य पुलिसकर्मी शामिल थे।

छापामारी के दौरान क्या-क्या बरामद हुआ?

छापामारी दल ने तीन महिलाओं के घरों की तलाशी ली और उनके पास से निम्नलिखित चीजें बरामद कीं:

• बीना देवी के घर: बेडरूम से 740 ग्राम गांजा और पुड़िया बनाने का सामान।
• सुनीता देवी के घर: एक प्लास्टिक बैग में 1.20 किलोग्राम गांजा।
• विनीता देवी उर्फ इतवारी देवी के घर: सफेद प्लास्टिक बैग में 430 ग्राम गांजा।

तीनों महिलाओं से पूछताछ के दौरान कोई संतोषजनक जवाब नहीं मिला। इसके बाद उन्हें गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया।

पुलिस की कड़ी कार्रवाई

पुलिस कप्तान शंभू कुमार सिंह ने बताया कि गांजा तस्करी जैसे अपराधों पर रोक लगाने के लिए गुमला पुलिस पूरी तरह प्रतिबद्ध है। गिरफ्तार महिलाओं को न्यायालय और मीडिया के समक्ष पेश करने के बाद गुमला जेल भेज दिया गया है।
उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि इस प्रकार के अवैध कारोबार में लिप्त अन्य व्यक्तियों पर भी पुलिस कड़ी नजर रख रही है।

गांजा तस्करी के खिलाफ बढ़ती सख्ती

यह पहली बार नहीं है जब गुमला पुलिस ने गांजा तस्करी के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की है। पुलिस ने हाल के महीनों में कई ऐसे मामलों का पर्दाफाश किया है। इस तरह की तस्करी न केवल समाज में अपराध को बढ़ावा देती है, बल्कि युवाओं और बच्चों के भविष्य को भी खतरे में डालती है।

पुलिस के अनुसार, गांजा तस्करी में शामिल लोगों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई जारी रहेगी। स्थानीय लोगों को भी सतर्क रहने और पुलिस को अवैध गतिविधियों की सूचना देने के लिए प्रेरित किया गया है।

स्थानीय लोगों की प्रतिक्रिया

गांधीनगर के निवासियों ने पुलिस की इस कार्रवाई की सराहना की है। स्थानीय लोगों का कहना है कि इस क्षेत्र में अवैध गांजा कारोबार से युवाओं पर बुरा असर पड़ रहा था।
गांव के एक वरिष्ठ व्यक्ति ने कहा, “इस कार्रवाई से अपराधियों को सख्त संदेश गया है कि गुमला में ऐसे अपराध बर्दाश्त नहीं किए जाएंगे।”

अवैध गतिविधियों के खिलाफ सहयोग जरूरी

गुमला पुलिस की यह कार्रवाई साबित करती है कि अवैध गतिविधियों पर सख्त कदम उठाए जा रहे हैं। हालांकि, समाज के हर व्यक्ति की जिम्मेदारी है कि वह ऐसी गतिविधियों की जानकारी पुलिस को दे।
इस तरह की सामूहिक कोशिशों से ही गांजा तस्करी और अन्य अपराधों को खत्म किया जा सकता है।
