उग्रवादी हिंसा में मृत व्यक्तियों के आश्रितों को मिला न्याय, अनुकंपा के आधार पर नौकरी प्रदान

गुमला जिले में उग्रवादी हिंसा के शिकार लोगों के परिवारों को राहत देते हुए जिला प्रशासन ने अनुकंपा के आधार पर नौकरी प्रदान की है। इस पहल से न केवल प्रभावित परिवारों को आर्थिक सहायता मिलेगी, बल्कि उनका भविष्य भी सुरक्षित होगा।
गुमला के उप विकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो ने नियुक्ति प्रमाण पत्र सौंपते हुए आश्रितों के उज्जवल भविष्य की कामना की।

बेरोनिका केरकेट्टा को मिला नियुक्ति पत्र

कामडारा प्रखंड के स्वर्गीय आमुस केरकेट्टा, जो उग्रवादी हिंसा के शिकार हुए थे, की बेटी बेरोनिका केरकेट्टा को उनकी शैक्षणिक योग्यतानुसार तृतीय वर्ग के पद पर नियुक्त किया गया। यह नियुक्ति जिला अनुकंपा समिति की बैठक में लिए गए निर्णय के आधार पर प्रदान की गई।
इस अवसर पर दिलेश्वर महतो ने कहा, “यह कदम उन परिवारों को सहारा देने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण पहल है, जिन्होंने हिंसा में अपनों को खो दिया।”

उग्रवादी हिंसा का प्रभाव और प्रशासन का उत्तरदायित्व

झारखंड का गुमला जिला वर्षों से उग्रवादी हिंसा से प्रभावित रहा है। इस हिंसा ने न केवल जान-माल का नुकसान किया, बल्कि कई परिवारों को जीवन भर के लिए असहाय बना दिया।
प्रशासन ने इस दिशा में पहल करते हुए प्रभावित परिवारों के लिए अनुकंपा आधारित नियुक्तियों का प्रावधान किया है। यह पहल उन परिवारों को मुख्यधारा में वापस लाने का प्रयास है, जो हिंसा के कारण सामाजिक और आर्थिक रूप से पिछड़ गए थे।

• हिंसा पीड़ित परिवारों को मनोवैज्ञानिक और आर्थिक सहायता प्रदान करनी चाहिए।
• प्रशासन को अवैध गतिविधियों और हिंसा की सूचना देकर सहयोग करना चाहिए।
