फिट इंडिया वीक: विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय में जागरूकता अभियान की शानदार पहल

विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय में फिट इंडिया वीक के तहत शनिवार को विभिन्न विभागों में जागरूकता अभियान का आयोजन किया गया। यह कार्यक्रम भारत सरकार की फिट इंडिया मूवमेंट को बढ़ावा देने के उद्देश्य से आयोजित किया गया था। कार्यक्रम का नेतृत्व विश्वविद्यालय के नोडल अधिकारी डॉ. उमेंद्र सिंह ने किया, जिन्होंने छात्रों और शिक्षकों को शारीरिक और मानसिक स्वास्थ्य के महत्व के बारे में जागरूक किया।

विभिन्न विभागों में व्यापक भागीदारी

जागरूकता अभियान हिंदी, उर्दू, अंग्रेज़ी, भूगोल, भौतिकी, और भूविज्ञान विभाग सहित कई अन्य विभागों में संचालित किया गया।

• 500 से अधिक छात्रों की भागीदारी:
  अलग-अलग विभागों के लगभग 500 छात्रों ने इस कार्यक्रम में सक्रिय रूप से हिस्सा लिया।
• अर्थशास्त्र विभाग के स्वयंसेवकों का सहयोग:
  अर्थशास्त्र विभाग के छात्र-छात्राओं ने इस अभियान के प्रचार-प्रसार में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई।

“छात्रों का उत्साह और संकल्प इस कार्यक्रम की सफलता का मुख्य कारण है,” डॉ. सिंह ने कहा।

फिट इंडिया एप: जागरूकता का मुख्य केंद्र

कार्यक्रम का मुख्य उद्देश्य फिट इंडिया एप का प्रचार और इसे उपयोग में लाने के लिए छात्रों को प्रेरित करना था।

• एप डाउनलोड और उपयोग:
  बड़ी संख्या में छात्रों ने एप डाउनलोड किया और इसे अपनी फिटनेस दिनचर्या का हिस्सा बनाने का संकल्प लिया।
• एप का महत्व:
  डॉ. उमेंद्र सिंह ने कहा:

  “फिट इंडिया एप न केवल फिटनेस को ट्रैक करता है, बल्कि यह एक सकारात्मक जीवनशैली अपनाने में मदद करता है।”

अभियान की प्रमुख गतिविधियां

अभियान के दौरान, शिक्षकों और छात्रों के बीच फिटनेस और स्वास्थ्य के प्रति जागरूकता बढ़ाने के लिए विभिन्न गतिविधियां आयोजित की गईं।

1. फिटनेस टिप्स साझा करना:
   छात्रों को दैनिक व्यायाम और सही खानपान के महत्व के बारे में जानकारी दी गई।
2. स्वास्थ्य जागरूकता सत्र:
   छात्रों ने स्वास्थ्य से जुड़ी समस्याओं और उनके समाधान के बारे में चर्चा की।
3. प्रतिबद्धता का संकल्प:
   छात्रों ने फिटनेस को अपनी प्राथमिकता बनाने का संकल्प लिया।

स्वयंसेवकों की भूमिका

कार्यक्रम में अर्थशास्त्र विभाग के शोधार्थियों ने अपनी सक्रिय भूमिका निभाई।

• शोधार्थी शामिल:
  पुष्कर कुमार पुष्प, आरती मेहता, पल्लवी कुमारी, अदिति मिश्रा, और संतोष पंडित ने कार्यक्रम में बढ़-चढ़कर हिस्सा लिया।
• छात्रों का मार्गदर्शन:
  इन स्वयंसेवकों ने छात्रों को एप का उपयोग करने और फिटनेस के प्रति जागरूक रहने का संदेश दिया।

फिट इंडिया अभियान: एक राष्ट्रीय पहल

फिट इंडिया मूवमेंट, जिसे 2019 में भारत सरकार ने शुरू किया था, का उद्देश्य फिट और स्वस्थ भारत का निर्माण करना है।

• सभी आयु वर्ग के लिए फिटनेस:
  यह अभियान न केवल युवाओं बल्कि हर आयु वर्ग के लिए स्वास्थ्य के प्रति जागरूकता फैलाने पर केंद्रित है।
• शिक्षा संस्थानों की भागीदारी:
  शिक्षा संस्थान इस अभियान के मुख्य स्तंभ हैं, जहां छात्रों को शुरुआती स्तर से ही फिटनेस के प्रति प्रेरित किया जाता है।
