टीबी उन्मूलन के लिए जागरूकता रथ रवाना: 100 दिनों में घर-घर तक जांच का लक्ष्य

गुमला जिले में टीबी उन्मूलन की दिशा में एक बड़ा कदम उठाते हुए उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने 100 दिवसीय जागरूकता रथ को हरी झंडी दिखाकर रवाना किया। इस पहल का उद्देश्य गाँव-गाँव और घर-घर जाकर टीबी के मरीजों की पहचान करना और इस बीमारी को जड़ से खत्म करना है।

इस कार्यक्रम के तहत, जिले के प्रत्येक प्रखंड, पंचायत, स्कूल और कॉलेज में सक्रिय केस खोजने का अभियान चलाया जाएगा। यक्ष्मा (टीबी) की कड़ी को तोड़ने के लिए यह पहल सरकार के राष्ट्रीय यक्ष्मा उन्मूलन कार्यक्रम का हिस्सा है।

टीबी के सक्रिय मामलों की पहचान के लिए अभियान

उपायुक्त ने बताया कि इस कार्यक्रम के दौरान स्वास्थ्यकर्मी और सहिया कार्यकर्ता घर-घर जाकर टीबी के संभावित मरीजों की पहचान करेंगे।

• 100 दिवसीय कार्ययोजना:
  यह अभियान 100 दिनों तक चलेगा, जिसमें संपूर्ण जिला को कवर किया जाएगा।
• संभावित रोगियों की स्क्रीनिंग:
  टीबी के लक्षणों जैसे बलगम वाली खांसी, सीने में दर्द, वजन में कमी, और बुखार वाले मरीजों की स्क्रीनिंग की जाएगी।

टीबी रोकथाम और उपचार

टीबी के मरीजों की पहचान और उनके इलाज को लेकर यह अभियान व्यापक और प्रभावी है।

1. निशुल्क दवाएं:
   टीबी से संक्रमित मरीजों को निशुल्क दवाएं और उपचार उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा।
2. टीबी प्रिवेंटिव थेरेपी (TPT):
   उन व्यक्तियों को, जिनमें टीबी के लक्षण नहीं हैं, रोकथाम के लिए टीपीटी दी जाएगी।
3. चलंत जांच वाहन:
   कार्यक्रम में चलंत चार पहिया जांच वाहन शामिल किए गए हैं, जो गाँव-गाँव जाकर एक्स-रे और बलगम परीक्षण करेंगे।

असुरक्षित जनसंख्या पर विशेष ध्यान

उपायुक्त ने बताया कि अभियान के दौरान असुरक्षित जनसंख्या पर विशेष ध्यान दिया जाएगा। इसमें वे लोग शामिल हैं जो:

• 60 वर्ष से अधिक आयु के हैं।
• एचआईवी संक्रमित हैं।
• मधुमेह या कुपोषण से पीड़ित हैं।
• टीबी के मरीजों के संपर्क में रहे हैं।

इन समूहों के लिए विशेष रूप से स्क्रीनिंग और उपचार की व्यवस्था की जाएगी।

सरकारी स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं की भूमिका

इस कार्यक्रम को सफल बनाने के लिए गुमला जिले की स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं ने एक माइक्रो प्लान तैयार किया है।

• सहिया कार्यकर्ता और टीबी चैम्पियन:
  सहिया और समाजसेवी घर-घर जाकर जानकारी और जांच के लिए प्रेरित करेंगे।
• प्रत्येक घर की स्क्रीनिंग:
  कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत प्रत्येक घर में टीबी के लक्षणों की जांच की जाएगी।
• टीबी रोगियों के खर्च को शून्य करना:
  अभियान का उद्देश्य यह सुनिश्चित करना है कि मरीजों को सभी सेवाएं निशुल्क मिलें।

जागरूकता फैलाने का संदेश

उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने इस अवसर पर कहा:

“जिले में टीबी को खत्म करना हमारी प्राथमिकता है। जागरूकता और सही समय पर इलाज से इस बीमारी को जड़ से खत्म किया जा सकता है।”

उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि हर व्यक्ति की जांच और इलाज अनिवार्य है।

भविष्य की योजनाएं

जागरूकता रथ और 100 दिवसीय कार्ययोजना के जरिए गुमला जिले को टीबी मुक्त बनाने का प्रयास जारी रहेगा।

1. शिक्षा संस्थानों की भागीदारी:
   स्कूल और कॉलेजों में छात्रों को जागरूक किया जाएगा।
2. ग्रामीण स्तर पर पहुंच:
   गाँवों में पंचायत स्तर पर स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं को मजबूत किया जाएगा।
3. डेटा संग्रह और विश्लेषण:
   स्क्रीनिंग और जांच के दौरान एकत्रित डेटा का उपयोग टीबी रोकथाम के लिए किया जाएगा।

स्वास्थ्य की दिशा में एक कदम
