सारंगो नवाटोली और बसिया प्रखंड: प्राथमिकता से हल हुए मामले

1. सारंगो नवाटोली का मामला:
एक आवेदिका ने शिकायत दर्ज की कि उनके पिता की मृत्यु के बाद परिवार के आर्थिक संकट के समाधान के लिए उनके भाई को नौकरी दी गई थी, लेकिन वह मदद करने से इनकार कर रहा है। उपायुक्त ने तुरंत सिविल सर्जन, गुमला को मामले की जांच कर कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए।

2. बसिया प्रखंड का मामला:
ग्राम बानागुटु के एक आवेदक ने राशन वितरण में डीलर द्वारा गड़बड़ी की शिकायत की। तौल में अनियमितताओं और भ्रष्टाचार की बात सामने आई। उपायुक्त ने जिला आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी को निर्देश दिया कि वे जांच कर त्वरित समाधान सुनिश्चित करें।

नागरिकों की शिकायतें और समाधान की प्रक्रिया

जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस के दौरान राशन, पेंशन, शिक्षा, रोजगार, और योजनाओं से जुड़े कई आवेदन प्राप्त हुए। उपायुक्त ने हर आवेदन को गंभीरता से लेते हुए संबंधित विभागों को निर्देश दिए कि समाधान में देरी न हो।

मुख्य समस्याएं जिन पर ध्यान दिया गया:

• पेंशन वितरण: वृद्धावस्था और विधवा पेंशन में आ रही देरी।
• राशन कार्ड गड़बड़ी: कई ग्रामीणों ने डीलरों की अनियमितताओं की शिकायत की।
• आवास योजना: अबुआ आवास योजना के तहत पात्र लाभार्थियों को घर नहीं मिल पा रहा था।
