जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस: गुमला उपायुक्त ने समस्याओं का त्वरित समाधान सुनिश्चित किया

गुमला जिले में हर हफ्ते आयोजित होने वाले जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का उद्देश्य नागरिकों की समस्याओं का तेज़ और प्रभावी समाधान करना है। इस कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता गुमला उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने की। उपायुक्त ने व्यक्तिगत रूप से आवेदकों की समस्याएं सुनीं और संबंधित विभागों को कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए।

उपायुक्त ने कहा,

“जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस नागरिकों और प्रशासन के बीच विश्वास का पुल है। हमारी प्राथमिकता है कि हर समस्या का समाधान शीघ्र और प्रभावी ढंग से किया जाए।”

सारंगो नवाटोली और बसिया प्रखंड: प्राथमिकता से हल हुए मामले

1. सारंगो नवाटोली का मामला:
एक आवेदिका ने शिकायत दर्ज की कि उनके पिता की मृत्यु के बाद परिवार के आर्थिक संकट के समाधान के लिए उनके भाई को नौकरी दी गई थी, लेकिन वह मदद करने से इनकार कर रहा है। उपायुक्त ने तुरंत सिविल सर्जन, गुमला को मामले की जांच कर कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए।

2. बसिया प्रखंड का मामला:
ग्राम बानागुटु के एक आवेदक ने राशन वितरण में डीलर द्वारा गड़बड़ी की शिकायत की। तौल में अनियमितताओं और भ्रष्टाचार की बात सामने आई। उपायुक्त ने जिला आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी को निर्देश दिया कि वे जांच कर त्वरित समाधान सुनिश्चित करें।

नागरिकों की शिकायतें और समाधान की प्रक्रिया

जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस के दौरान राशन, पेंशन, शिक्षा, रोजगार, और योजनाओं से जुड़े कई आवेदन प्राप्त हुए। उपायुक्त ने हर आवेदन को गंभीरता से लेते हुए संबंधित विभागों को निर्देश दिए कि समाधान में देरी न हो।

मुख्य समस्याएं जिन पर ध्यान दिया गया:

• पेंशन वितरण: वृद्धावस्था और विधवा पेंशन में आ रही देरी।
• राशन कार्ड गड़बड़ी: कई ग्रामीणों ने डीलरों की अनियमितताओं की शिकायत की।
• आवास योजना: अबुआ आवास योजना के तहत पात्र लाभार्थियों को घर नहीं मिल पा रहा था।
• शिक्षा और रोजगार: छात्रों को छात्रवृत्ति न मिलने और युवाओं के लिए कौशल विकास योजनाओं में सुधार की मांग।

उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि वे शिकायतों के समाधान के लिए समयबद्ध और पारदर्शी प्रक्रिया अपनाएं। उनका मानना है कि नागरिकों की समस्याओं का त्वरित समाधान प्रशासन के प्रति आम जनता का भरोसा बढ़ाने में मदद करता है।

उपायुक्त ने स्पष्ट किया कि

“सभी विभागों को यह सुनिश्चित करना होगा कि आवेदकों को उनकी समस्याओं का हल समय पर मिले। किसी भी स्तर पर देरी बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी।”
