विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय में फ़िट इंडिया वीक-2024 के तहत स्वास्थ्य और फिटनेस को बढ़ावा देने के उद्देश्य से एक भव्य और प्रेरणादायक कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया। इस अवसर पर विभिन्न रोचक प्रतियोगिताओं और गतिविधियों का आयोजन हुआ, जिसमें छात्रों, संकाय सदस्यों और शोधार्थियों ने बढ़-चढ़कर भाग लिया।
मुख्य आकर्षण:
कार्यक्रम के दौरान “विकसित भारत 2047 के लक्ष्य को प्राप्त करने में फिटनेस की भूमिका” विषय पर भाषण प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन किया गया। इस प्रतियोगिता में छात्रों ने अपने विचारों और प्रेरक प्रस्तुतियों से दर्शकों और निर्णायकों को प्रभावित किया। निर्णायक मंडल में विश्वविद्यालय के प्रतिष्ठित सदस्य डॉ. इफ्शा खुर्शीद, डॉ. अविनाश कुमार और डॉ. नीरज डांग शामिल थे।
खेल प्रतियोगिताओं में, छात्रों के लिए स्लो साइक्लिंग और संकाय सदस्यों एवं शोधार्थियों के लिए गुब्बारा फुलाने का खेल आयोजित किया गया। शोधार्थियों की सहभागिता मुख्य रूप से अर्थशास्त्र, हिंदी, मानवविज्ञान, इत्याद विभागों से रही। इन खेलों ने सभी में जोश और उत्साह का संचार किया।

कार्यक्रम का संचालन पुष्कर कुमार पुष्प ने किया। उनके कुशल संचालन से पूरा आयोजन बेहद सफल और प्रभावशाली रहा। कार्यक्रम में प्रमुख रूप से डॉ. मृत्युंजय प्रसाद, डॉ. अविनाश कुमार, शोधार्थी और 300 से अधिक छात्रों की उपस्थिति रही।
फिटनेस और विकसित भारत 2047:
इस आयोजन के दौरान सभी ने फिटनेस और स्वस्थ जीवनशैली के महत्व पर चर्चा की। छात्रों और संकाय सदस्यों ने यह संदेश दिया कि फिटनेस न केवल व्यक्तिगत स्वास्थ्य को बेहतर बनाती है, बल्कि यह एक सशक्त और विकसित भारत के निर्माण में भी योगदान देती है।
आयोजन की सराहना:
इस आयोजन ने सभी प्रतिभागियों को प्रेरित किया और फिटनेस को जीवन का अभिन्न हिस्सा बनाने की आवश्यकता पर जोर दिया। सभी ने इसे एक यादगार और प्रेरणादायक अनुभव बताया।
