राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति (NEP 2020) के तहत, झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना परिषद (JEPC) ने शिक्षकों और प्रधानाध्यापकों के पेशेवर विकास को बढ़ावा देने के लिए एक नई और उन्नत योजना शुरू की है।
‘इको इंडिया’ के सहयोग से ‘ट्रांसफॉर्मेशनल स्कूल लीडरशिप’ के तहत वर्चुअल डिजिटल कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत की गई। इस पहल का उद्देश्य राज्य के सभी सीएम स्कूल ऑफ एक्सीलेंस के प्रधानाध्यापकों और शिक्षकों में नेतृत्व कौशल और शैक्षणिक दक्षताओं को सशक्त बनाना है।

इको मॉडल: क्षमता निर्माण और नेतृत्व विकास का मंच

इस कार्यक्रम को ‘Echo Model for Transformational School Leadership’ नाम दिया गया है। यह शिक्षकों और प्रधानाध्यापकों को व्यावसायिक विकास, सहकर्मी शिक्षण, और नेतृत्व कौशल में प्रशिक्षित करने का एक डिजिटल मंच प्रदान करता है।

• प्रमुख विशेषताएँ:
  • केस-आधारित अध्ययनों और क्षमता निर्माण गतिविधियों का समावेश।
  • प्रभावी स्कूल वातावरण तैयार करने के लिए आधुनिक रणनीतियों का विकास।

झारखंड के सभी सीएम स्कूल ऑफ एक्सीलेंस के प्रधानाध्यापकों के साथ आयोजित उद्घाटन सत्र ने कार्यक्रम के महत्व और संभावित प्रभावों को रेखांकित किया।

‘इको मॉडल’ को झारखंड के शैक्षणिक परिदृश्य में क्रांति लाने के लिए डिज़ाइन किया गया है।
