फिट इंडिया के लक्ष्य को प्राप्त करने के प्रति विभावि पूरी तरह समर्पित: कुलपति प्रोफेसर (डॉ) पवन कुमार पोद्दार
V.B.U में फीट इंडिया वीक 2024 का भव्य समापन समारोह आयोजित किया गया। इस अवसर पर विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय के कुलपति प्रोफेसर (डॉ) पवन कुमार पोद्दार मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में उपस्थित थे। साध्वी योगिता के. मेहता विशेष अतिथि के रूप मे सम्मिलित हुई।
नोडल पदाधिकारी डॉ उमेंद्र सिंह ने कार्यक्रम का विस्तारित प्रतिवेदन प्रस्तुत किया और यह बताया कि 5 से 10 दिसंबर तक कैंपस से प्रचार अभियान चला कर सभी छात्र छात्राओं द्वारा भारत सरकार द्वारा प्रायोजित फिट इंडिया ऐप डाउनलोड करवाया गया। कार्यक्रम के दौरान 1035 छात्र-छात्राओं को पंजीकृत किया गया। इसमें विभिन्न प्रतियोगिताओं में 76 प्रतिभागियों ने प्रथम, द्वितीय तथा तृतीय स्थान प्राप्त किए। पूरे सप्ताह में खेल खुद के अंतर्गत 50m, 100m की दौड़, गुब्बारा प्रतियोगिता, स्लो साइकिलिंग, चम्मच-कांचा खेल, खो – खो ,रस्सी दौड़, क्रिकेट में कुलपति-11 तथा प्रोफेसर-11 एवं शोधार्थियों के बीच क्रिकेट मैच खेला गया। छात्र-छात्राओं, शोधार्थियों, महिला तथा पुरुष शिक्षकों द्वारा विभिन्न खेलो में भाग लिया गया।
योग अनुशासन और फिटनेस पर विश्व विख्यात साध्वी योगिता के. मेहता द्वाराप्रस्तुति की गई। प्रबंधन के शिक्षक डॉ सरोज रंजन द्वारा उद्यमिता विकास में भूमिका पर विचार प्रस्तुत किए। अपने संबोधन में कुलपति प्रोफेसर (डॉ) पवन कुमार पोद्दार ने कहा कि फिट इंडिया वीक जैसे कार्यक्रम में न केवल छात्रों बल्कि संपूर्ण समाज के लिए शारीरिक, मानसिक स्वास्थ्य को बढ़ावा देते है। कुलपति ने कार्यक्रम की सफलता पर हर्ष व्यक्त किया।
धन्यवाद ज्ञापन प्रोफेसर (डॉ) मिथलेश कुमार सिंह ने किया। इस अवसर पर कुलसचिव डॉ सादिक रज्जाक, डॉ विकास कुमार, डॉ विनोद रंजन, डॉ मनोज कुमार, डॉ राखो हरि, डॉ नवीन चन्द्र, डॉ गंगा नाथ झा, डॉ अमिता एवं विभिन विभागों के सम्मानित शिक्षक उपस्थित रहे। समापन समारोह के अवसर पर 400 से अधिक विद्यार्थी उपस्थित रहे। मंच संचालन पुष्कर कुमार एवं आरती मेहता ने किया।
