राज्य में बीज की किल्लत को दूर करने के लिए कृषि विभाग का बड़ा निर्णय, मंत्री शिल्पी नेहा तिर्की ने कहा-झारखंड में 10 बीज ग्राम की होगी स्थापना 

मडुवा उत्पादन करनेवाले 1400 किसानों के खाते में भेजी गई 3 हजार रुपए प्रति एकड़ की दर से राशि

रांची : झारखंड में कृषि विभाग 10 बीज ग्राम की स्थापना करेगा. इसका उद्देश्य उन्नत बीज के साथ-साथ राज्य में बीज की कमी को पाटना है. इसके लिए पश्चिम सिंहभूम, चतरा और लातेहार के 10 गांव के साथ गुरुवार को MOU किया गया. रांची के हेसाग स्थित पशुपालन भवन में कृषि, पशुपालन एवं सहकारिता मंत्री शिल्पी नेहा तिर्की ने विभागीय समीक्षा के बाद ये जानकारी दी.

लोहरदगा के FPO को 15 लाख रुपए की राशि प्रदान की गई

मंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य में अच्छे बीज की हमेशा से कमी रही है. इसके साथ ही डिमांड के अनुरूप राज्य में बीज उपलब्ध नहीं हो पाता है. इस बात को ध्यान में रखते हुए कृषि विभाग ने 10 अलग-अलग गांव को बीज ग्राम के तौर पर विकसित करने का निर्णय लिया है. किसानों के द्वारा तैयार बीज को खुद सरकार खरीदने का काम करेगी. फिर उस बीज को राज्य के किसानों के बीच तय सब्सिडी दर पर वितरित किया जाएगा.

पशुपालन भवन में समीक्षा के दौरान मडुवा का उत्पादन करनेवाले राज्य के 1400 किसानों के खाते में DBT के माध्यम राशि हस्तांतरित की गई. राज्य सरकार मडुवा की खेती करनेवाले किसानों को 3 हजार रुपए प्रति एकड़ की दर से राशि का भुगतान करती है. विभाग के द्वारा पंचायत स्तर पर इसकी मैपिंग की जाती है.

मंत्री शिल्पी नेहा तिर्की ने कहा कि विभाग FPO को मजबूत करने में जुटा है. इसी क्रम में लोहरदगा के FPO को 15 लाख रुपए की राशि प्रदान की गई. समीक्षा बैठक के दौरान केंद्र और राज्य सरकार के द्वारा संचालित योजनाओं पर चर्चा हुई. मंत्री ने योजनाओं को गति देने को लेकर अधिकारियों को कई तरह के दिशा-निर्देश भी दिए.
