अनुपूरक बजट को मिली राज्यपाल की मंजूरी, मंईयां सम्मान योजना के लाभुकों के लिए खुशखबरी…क्रिसमस के पहले पैसे मिलने के आसार

रांची : विपक्ष और लाभार्थी महिलाओं का जबर्दस्त विरोध झेल रही हेमंत सरकार से मंईयां सम्मान योजना की राशि मिलने के आसार बढ़े हैं. खबर है कि क्रिसमस के पूर्व इस योजना की लाभुक बहनों के खातों में पैसे ट्रांसफर हो सकते हैं. चूंकि द्वितीय अनुपूरक बजट को राज्यपाल संतोष कुमार गंगवार की मंजूरी मिल चुकी है. बुधवार को ही राज्यपाल ने बजट पर अपनी मंजूरी दे दी है. इसके बाद विधि विभाग की ओर से अधिसूचना जारी करते ही वित्त विभाग की ओर से भी पत्र जारी किया गया है.

बता दें कि मंईयां सम्मान योजना महिला बाल एवं सामाजिक सुरक्षा विभाग के अंतर्गत आता है. यह विभाग सीएम हेमंत सोरेन के पास है. सीएम की स्वीकृति मिलते ही मंईयां योजना की 55 लाख लाभुकों के खाते में पैसे ट्रांसफर कर दिए जाएंगे. पैसे ट्रांसफर करने के लिए महिला बाल एवं सामाजिक विभाग ने सीएम के तारीख देने की मांग की है.

सरकार गठन के तुरंत बाद विधानसभा के विशेष सत्र में वित्त मंत्री राधाकृष्ण किशोर ने 11 हजार 697 करोड़ 45 लाख का अनुपूरक बजट पेश किया था. जिसमें से महिला बाल विकास एवं सामांजित सुरक्षा विभाग को सबसे राशि आवंटित किया गया था. जो 6 हजार 390 करोड़ 55 लाख रुपए है.

चुनाव प्रचार के दौरान हेमंत-कल्पना की जोड़ी ने चुनावी सभाओं में कहा था कि 11 दिसंबर तक लाभुकों के खाते में 2500 की राशि ट्रांसफर होना शुरू हो जाएगा. जब निर्धारित तिथि को राशि बैंक खाते में नहीं भेजी गई तो विपक्ष की ओर से सरकार के वादे पर सवाल उठाए जाने लगे. वहीं लाभुकों ने भी कहना शुरू किया कि वोट लेकर हेमंत सरकार ने धोखा दिया है. अब देखना है कि क्रिसमस तक लाभुकों के खाते में पैसे ट्रांसफर होते हैं या नहीं, इसपर सबकी निगाहें टिकी हुई हैं.
