गिरिडीह : उपायुक्त-सह-अध्यक्ष, जिला पर्यावरण समिति की अध्यक्षता में जिला स्तरीय पर्यावरण समिति की बैठक में जिले के उपायुक्त नमन प्रियेश लकड़ा ने मंगलवार को पूर्व की बैठक में दिए गए दिशा-निर्देशों के उचित अनुपालन की विस्तृत समीक्षा की.
डीसी ने अवैध बालू खनन पर कार्रवाई का निर्देश दिया
बैठक में उसरी नदी के संरक्षण तथा पर्यावरण समिति के उद्देश्य व कार्यों के संबंध में चर्चा की गई। साथ ही जिले में हो रही अवैध बालू खनन, डंपिंग, स्टोन माइंस एवं क्रशर के संचालन की गहनता से जांच कर उचित कार्रवाई का निर्देश दिया गया। इसके अलावा उपायुक्त ने उसरी नदी की सफाई और संरक्षण हेतु वित्तीय वर्ष 2024-25 के लिए उपलब्ध कराए गए सीएसआर फंड के क्रियान्वयन की जानकारी प्राप्त की.
बैठक में उपायुक्त ने संबंधित अधिकारी को जिला अंतर्गत सभी कारखानों में ESP (इलेक्ट्रोस्टैटिक प्रेसिपिटेटर) मशीन इंस्टॉल करने के संबंध में उचित निर्देश दिए गए। उपायुक्त ने शहर के गंदे नालों की उचित साफ सफाई, तथा गंदे नालों की पानी को फिल्टर करने के उपरांत ही नदी में प्रवाहित करने के निर्देश दिए।
इसके अलावा समय-समय पर जिला अंतर्गत संचालित कारखानों से निकलने वाले धुएं, अपशिष्टों का निष्पादन, दूषित जल का बहाव, प्रदूषण नियंत्रण के मानक आदि सहित विभिन्न बिंदुओं की समीक्षा कर संबंधित अधिकारियों को आवश्यक निर्देश दिए गए। साथ ही एयर क्वॉलिटी इंडेक्स संबंधी डिस्प्ले स्क्रीन लगाने के संबंध में अनुरोध किया गया।

बैठक में पूर्वी वन प्रमंडल पदाधिकारी, उप विकास आयुक्त स्मृता कुमारी, सदर अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी, अपर समाहर्ता, जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी, उपनगर आयुक्त, जिला खनन पदाधिकारी, फैक्टरी इंस्पेक्टर, महाप्रबंधक, सीसीएल, क्षेत्रीय पदाधिकारी, प्रदूषण नियंत्रण, कारखाना निरीक्षक, कार्यपालक अभियंता, लघु सिंचाई विभाग, जिला योजना पदाधिकारी आदि समेत अन्य संबंधित अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
