रांची में अखिल भारतीय विश्वकर्मा महासभा की ज्ञानी जैल सिंह की पुण्यतिथि पर श्रद्धांजलि सभा का आयोजन, प्रदेश अध्यक्ष डॉ. दिलीप सोनी ने उनकी जीवनी पर प्रकाश डाला

रांची : दी अखिल भारतीय विश्वकर्मा महासभा, झारखंड प्रदेश के तत्वावधान में बुधवार को रांची के रातू रोड स्थित न्यू मार्केट कार्यालय में विश्वकर्मा वंशज के पूर्व राष्ट्रपति ज्ञानी जैल सिंह जी की श्रद्धांजलि सभा कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया है।

श्रद्धांजलि सभा में महासभा के प्रदेश एवं जिला के पदाधिकारी एवं सदस्यगण उपस्थित होकर पूर्व राष्ट्रपति ज्ञानी जैल सिंह जी के चित्र पर पुष्प अर्पित कर उन्हें स्मरण किया।

विश्वकर्मा महासभा के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष डॉ दिलीप सोनी ने पूर्व राष्ट्रपति ज्ञानी जैल सिंह जी की जीवनी पर प्रकाश डालते हुए कहा कि हमें गर्व है की विश्वकर्मा वंश में जन्मे ज्ञानी जैल सिंह पंजाब के मुख्यमंत्री, भारत के गृहमंत्री एवं भारत के सर्वोच्च पद राष्ट्रपति के पद पर आसीन हुए, यह विश्वकर्मा समाज के लिए गर्व की बात है।

ज्ञानी जी का जन्म एक गरीब परिवार में हुआ और वह कई परेशानियों से जूझते हुए देश की एकता और अखंडता को बनाए रखने में अपनी महती भूमिका निभायी। आज उनकी पुण्यतिथि के अवसर पर दी अखिल भारतीय विश्वकर्मा महासभा, झारखंड प्रदेश के पदाधिकारी एवं सदस्यों द्वारा उन्हें याद कर उनके बताए मार्गों के पर चलने का संकल्प लिया।

ज्ञानी जी के नाम से शहर में चौक-चौराहा का नामकरण हो

 कार्यक्रम में उपस्थित महासभा के कार्यकारिणी सदस्य महेश शर्मा ने ज्ञानी जी के नाम से शहर में चौक-चौराहा होने की बात कही। महासभा के प्रधान महासचिव विक्रांत विश्वकर्मा ने कहा कि महेश शर्मा जी की बातों से हम सभी सहमत हैं कि पूर्व राष्ट्रपति ज्ञानी जैल सिंह जी के नाम से झारखंड के रांची शहर में चौक चौराहा का नामकरण किया जाना चाहिए।

इस संदर्भ में विगत कई वर्षों से कई संस्थाओं द्वारा रांची नगर निगम को आवेदन देकर मांग की गयी है। लेकिन नगर निगम आवेदन पर कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की है। पुनः रांची नगर निगम से महासभा आग्रह करती है की रांची शहर में ज्ञानी जी के नाम से किसी चौक-चौराहा एवं पार्क का नामकरण किया जाए. इस संदर्भ में जल्द ही महासभा के प्रतिनिधिमंडल रांची नगर निगम के प्रशासन से मिलेगा।

कार्यक्रम में मुख्य रूप से प्रदेश के अध्यक्ष डॉ. दिलीप सोनी, वरीय उपाध्यक्ष राकेश शर्मा, प्रधान महासचिव विक्रांत विश्वकर्मा, प्रदेश कोषाध्यक्ष राजेंद्र शर्मा, रांची जिला अध्यक्ष विनोद कुमार शर्मा, रांची जिला उपाध्यक्ष अजय कुमार शर्मा, अवधेश शर्मा, महेश शर्मा, उदय शर्मा, शंकर विश्वकर्मा, विद्यानंद विद्यार्थी, मनोज शर्मा, कृष्ण शर्मा, अंकित विश्वकर्मा सहित कई सदस्यगण उपस्थित थे। कार्यक्रम का संचालन प्रधान महासचिव विक्रांत विश्वकर्मा ने किया और धन्यवाद ज्ञापन राजेंद्र शर्मा ने किया।
