झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना परिषद् में राज्य शिक्षा परियोजना निदेशक श्री शशि रंजन की अध्यक्षता में स्कूली शिक्षा एवं साक्षरता विभाग को सहयोग देने वाली सहयोगी स्वयंसेवी संस्थाओ के प्रतिनिधियों के साथ समीक्षा बैठक की गयी। इस बैठक में छह स्वयंसेवी संस्थाओ के प्रतिनिधियों ने प्रेजेंटेशन के माध्यम से अपनी संस्था द्वारा किये जा रहे कार्यो की विस्तृत जानकारी दी। समीक्षा बैठक को संबोधित करते हुए राज्य शिक्षा परियोजना निदेशक श्री शशि रंजन ने कहा कि उक्त संस्थाओ के द्वारा किये जा रहे कार्यो एवं गतिविधियों की त्रैमासिक समीक्षा की जाए।
संस्थाएं ‘Study, Monitoring and Impact’ का पालन करे। इसके तहत समाज के किसी महत्वपूर्ण विषय का अध्ययन कर उसका वर्क प्लान तैयार करे, फिर उसकी ग्राउंड पर निगरानी करे और उसके सकारात्मक परिणामो की समीक्षा करे। उन्होंने स्वयंसेवी संस्थाओ के प्रतिनिधियों को परिणामोन्मुखी एवं समयबद्ध कार्य करने का निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने सूक्ष्म स्तर पर सामूहिक दृष्टिकोण के साथ कार्य करने की सलाह दी।
बैठक में गुणवत्त शिक्षा के राज्य कार्यक्रम पदाधिकारी डॉ. अविनव कुमार ने सभी संस्थाओ के प्रतिनिधियों द्वारा प्रस्तुत किये गए प्रेजेंटेशन को देखकर उन्हें मार्गदर्शित किया। उन्होंने कहा कि यह बैठक एक दूसरे को जानने और उनके कार्य संस्कृति से परिचित होने का मंच है। हम अपने कार्यक्रमों और योजनाओ की रचना कैसे करे और इसमें हमारे सहयोगी संस्थाओ की क्या भूमिका होगी, इसका आंकलन करना आवश्यक है। बैठक में IPEL, रूम टू रीड, सिनी टाटा ट्रस्ट, संपर्क फाउंडेशन, पीरामल, अजीम प्रेमजी फाउंडेशन, लैंग्वेज लर्निंग फाउंडेशन और लीप फॉर वर्ड के प्रतिनिधियों ने भाग लिया।
FLN चैंपियनशिप की ट्राफी का अनावरण
समीक्षा बैठक के बाद राज्य शिक्षा परियोजना निदेशक श्री शशि रंजन ने राज्य में पहली बार हो रहे राज्यस्तरीय FLN चैंपियनशिप की ट्राफी का अनावरण किया। अनावरण के दौरान राज्य शिक्षा परियोजना निदेशक श्री शशि रंजन ने कहा कि निपुण भारत के तहत चलाये जा रहे बुनियादी साक्षरता और संख्यात्मकता के लक्ष्यों को प्राप्त करना इस चैंपियनशिप का मुख्य लक्ष्य है। कक्षा 2 से 5 तक के बच्चो में प्रतियोगिता की भावना आये, इसको ध्यान में रखते हुए इस चैंपियनशिप की परिकल्पना की गयी है। उन्होंने शिक्षकों से आग्रह किया कि वे अधिक से अधिक संख्या में बच्चो का इस प्रतियोगिता के लिए पंजीकरण कराये ताकि प्राथमिक कक्षाओं में बच्चे के भीतर सीखने की भावना विकसित हो।
आपको बता दे कि अबतक FLN चैंपियनशिप के लिए छह लाख से अधिक बच्चो ने अपना पंजीकरण करा लिया है।
