बाल अधिकार संरक्षण आयोग के सदस्यों ने गुमला जिले का निरीक्षण, बच्चों के हित में दिए निर्देश

झारखंड राज्य बाल अधिकार संरक्षण आयोग के सदस्यों रूचि कुजूर, विकास दोदराजका, और मिनहाजुल हक ने गुमला जिले का दौरा कर बच्चों के अधिकारों की रक्षा और उनके संरक्षण के लिए जिला प्रशासन के साथ उच्च स्तरीय बैठक की। बैठक में विभिन्न विभागों के अधिकारियों को बच्चों से जुड़े मामलों में सक्रियता और संवेदनशीलता से काम करने के निर्देश दिए गए।

बैठक में हुई विस्तृत चर्चा

आयोग के सदस्यों ने गुमला परिसद सभागार में आयोजित बैठक में बच्चों से संबंधित विभिन्न मुद्दों पर चर्चा की। बैठक में उप विकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो, जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी आरती कुमारी, जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक नूर आलम खान, पुलिस उपाधीक्षक सुरेश प्रसाद यादव, स्वास्थ्य विभाग के डॉ. नागभूषण प्रसाद, और अन्य प्रमुख अधिकारियों ने भाग लिया।

बैठक में बच्चों के यौन उत्पीड़न, शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, और संरक्षण से जुड़े मुद्दों की समीक्षा की गई। पुलिस उपाधीक्षक ने बच्चों के यौन उत्पीड़न के मामलों का व्योरा प्रस्तुत किया। आयोग ने लंबित मामलों के शीघ्र निपटारे के निर्देश दिए।

महत्वपूर्ण निर्देश

आयोग ने अधिकारियों से कहा:

1. यौन शोषण मामलों का त्वरित संज्ञान: पोक्सो कानून के तहत सभी मामलों का तुरंत निपटारा किया जाए।
2. बालिकाओं की सुरक्षा: जिला बाल संरक्षण पदाधिकारी और बाल कल्याण समिति समन्वय स्थापित कर बालिकाओं की बरामदगी सुनिश्चित करें।
3. ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में योजनाओं का प्रचार: जेएसएलपीएस और अन्य विभागों के साथ मिलकर जरूरतमंद बच्चों और परिवारों तक योजनाओं का लाभ पहुंचाएं।
4. निजी स्कूलों का सत्यापन: सभी निजी विद्यालयों के गैर-शिक्षण कर्मियों का चरित्र सत्यापित किया जाए।
5. आंगनबाड़ी और ग्रामीण कर्मियों का प्रशिक्षण: प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी और आंगनबाड़ी सेविकाओं को बच्चों से संबंधित योजनाओं का प्रशिक्षण दिया जाए।

सदर अस्पताल का निरीक्षण

बैठक के बाद आयोग के सदस्यों ने गुमला सदर अस्पताल का दौरा किया, विशेष रूप से चिल्ड्रेन वार्ड की स्थिति का जायजा लिया। उन्होंने सिविल सर्जन को वार्ड में बच्चों के इलाज और सुविधाओं से जुड़ी समस्याओं का तुरंत समाधान करने के निर्देश दिए।

पोक्सो कानून का प्रचार-प्रसार

आयोग ने पोक्सो कानून के व्यापक प्रचार-प्रसार पर जोर दिया ताकि बच्चों के खिलाफ होने वाले अपराधों को रोका जा सके और समुदाय को जागरूक किया जा सके।

बच्चों के अधिकार सर्वोपरि

आयोग ने स्पष्ट किया कि बच्चों के अधिकारों की रक्षा और उनका विकास प्राथमिकता में होना चाहिए। कोई भी बच्चा सरकार की योजनाओं से वंचित न रहे, इसके लिए हर स्तर पर प्रयास किए जाएंगे।
