‘सिंघम’ बनने की राजनीति जयराम को भारी पड़ सकती है, टकराव के रास्ते पर चलकर अपनी लोकप्रियता खो सकते हैं

रांची: झारखंड लोकतांत्रिक क्रांतिकारी मोर्चा के अध्यक्ष जयराम महतो विधायक चुने जाने के एक महीने के अंदर ही विवादों में घिर गए हैं. वह टकराव की राजनीति की ओर बढ़ रहे हैं. उग्र और असंसदीय भाषा का इस्तेमाल करना, धमकी देना और मारपीट पर उतारू होना उनकी आदत बनती जा रही है. जिस राह पर जयराम महतो आगे बढ़ रहे हैं, उस रास्ते पर चलकर राजनीति में बहुत दिनों तक टिके रहना मुश्किल हो सकता है. अभी कुछ दिनों के लिए वे भले लोकप्रिय हो सकते हैं, लेकिन आनेवाले दिनों में उनकी समस्याएं बढ़ सकती हैं. मसलन, केस-मुकदमे और कोर्ट-कचहरी का चक्कर लगाते रहेंगे. सरकार से लड़कर बहुत दिनों तक सरवाइव करना मुश्किल होगा. सिंघम बनने की राजनीति भारी पड़ जाएगी.

डुमरी से विधायक चुने जाने के बाद उनके तेवर और उग्र हो गए हैं. एक महीने के अंदर कई ऐसी घटनाएं सामने आई जिससे उनकी छवि प्रभावित हुई है. जयराम महतो को लेकर एक नेगेटिव धारणा बन रही है.

विधानसभा के पहले सत्र के दौरान वह पत्रकारों से भिड़ गए. उस वीडियो को सबने देखा. इसके पहले अंचल कार्यालय के एक नजीर को धमकाया. निजी कंपनियों के मैनेजर को धमकाया. पिछले हफ्ते बेरमो में रात 2 बजे अपने समर्थकों के साथ सीसीएल के क्वार्टर पर कब्जा करने पहुंच गए. पुलिसवालों से तीखी नोकझोंक हुई. पुलिस अधिकारियों को धमकाया. उन्हें अपमानित किया. इस मामले में तो जयराम महतो के खिलाफ थाने में मुकदमा भी दर्ज हो चुका है.

जयराम महतो हर दिन अपने बयानों और कार्यों को लेकर सुर्खियां बन रहे हैं. झारखंडी और गैर झारखंडी के मुद्दे उछाल रहे हैं. समाज में इससे तनाव बढ़ेगा. यह राज्य के लिए अच्छा नहीं होगा.

आंदोलन की उपज हैं जयराम महतो 

जयराम महतो आंदोलन की उपज है. झारखंड में क्षेत्रीय भाषा और रोजगार के सवाल पर शुरू हुए छात्रों के आंदोलन से वह नेता बनें. फिर विधायक बने हैं. जयराम महतो से छात्रों, बेरोजगारों, युवाओं को काफी उम्मीद है. उनके कंधे पर चढ़कर वह विधानसभा तक पहुंचे हैं. लेकिन हर मुद्दे का समाधान वह उग्र भाषा और धमकी से चाहते हैं. यह लोकतंत्र में संभव नहीं है. टकराव के रास्ते पर चलकर कोई सफल नहीं हो सकता है.

राजनीति में जयराम महतो से पहले ऐसे कई नेता उभरे. लेकिन कुछ समय बाद ही वह गुमनामी के अंधेरे में खो गए. इसके कई उदाहरण हैं. बहुत ज्यादा उदाहरण देने की जरूरत नहीं है. बिहार में आनंद मोहन का क्या जलवा था. किस तरह भीड़ खासकर युवा उनके पीछे पागल थे, यह पूरे देश ने देखा है. आनंद मोहन की चर्चा देश-विदेश में थी. अखबारों की सुर्खियां बने रहते थे.

भीड़ देखकर उन्होंने बिहार में बिहार पीपुल्स पार्टी ही बना डाली थी. पार्टी ने बिहार विधानसभा का चुनाव लड़ा. चुनाव में क्या हश्र हुआ यह भी सबको पता है.  अपनी आक्रामक छवि और बंदूक की राजनीति की वजह से आनंद मोहन केस मुकदमा में फंसते चले गए. मुजफ्फरपुर के तत्कालीन डीएम जी कृष्णैया के हत्याकांड में आजीवन कारावास की सजा तक काट चुके हैं. आनंद मोहन अब सीधे राजनीति में नहीं हैं. पत्नी और बेटे राजनीति कर रहे हैं. लेकिन इन्होंने भी राजनीति का ढंग बदल लिया है. जब राजनीति का ढंग बदला तो फिर सांसद- विधायक बनने का अवसर मिला. यूपी-बिहार की राजनीति में कई बाहुबली राजनीतिज्ञों के उभार और अंत की कहानी भी सबको पता है.

इसलिए जयराम महतो को यदि लंबे समय तक राजनीति करनी है व जिस भरोसे और विश्वास के साथ जनता और युवाओं ने उन्हें विधायक बनाया है, यदि इस पर उन्हें खरा उतरना है तो मर्यादा में रहना होगा. यदि मर्यादा टूटेगी तो राजनीति करना मुश्किल होगा. सरकार से लड़कर बहुत दिनों तक राजनीति में टिक नहीं पाएंगे.

जयराम के उग्र व्यवहार से कई प्रमुख साथी साथ छोड़ चुके हैं

ऐसा नहीं है कि जो विधायक मर्यादा में हैं उनकी बात नहीं सुनी जाती है. क्षेत्र में उनका काम नहीं होता है. गाली-गलौज से ही लोग सुनेंगे ऐसी बात नहीं है. इस बात पर सब कुछ निर्भर करता है कि आप लोगों से कैसे काम लेना चाहते हैं. आपकी मंशा साफ होनी चाहिए. यदि इरादे नेक नहीं होंगे तो फिर काम करना या कराना कठिन हो जाएगा.

दूसरों को गाली देकर, बेईमान बताकर आप खुद ईमानदार नहीं रह सकते. आपके हर काम में ईमानदारी दिखनी चाहिए. दूसरों को गाली दीजिएगा और क्वार्टर पर कब्जा कीजिएगा तो क्या संदेश जाएगा. कब्जा करने वाले और आप में क्या फर्क रह जाएगा. क्या समझेंगे लोग.

जयराम महतो युवा तुर्क हैं. विशुद्ध झारखंडी हैं. गरीब और आंदोलनकारी परिवार से आते हैं. उन्हें बहुत सारी जानकारी पहले से है. पढ़े-लिखे भी हैं. अब विधायक बन चुके हैं. इसलिए उनसे मर्यादा में रहने की उम्मीद सब कर रहे हैं. झारखंडी हितों से समझौता मत करिए. लेकिन उनका मजाक भी मत बनाइए.

जयराम के उग्र व्यवहार की वजह से आंदोलन के दौरान उनके कई प्रमुख साथी बिछुड़ चुके हैं. बहुत जल्द उन्होंने उनका साथ छोड़ दिया. लोग उनसे जुड़ते चले जाएं, छोड़ें नहीं, इसका ख्याल रखना होगा. वरना इतिहास होते देर नहीं लगेगी. सिंघम बनने की राजनीति से परहेज करना चाहिए यह फिल्मी दुनिया में भी संभव है. पब्लिसिटी स्टंट से नुकसान के अतिरिक्त कुछ नहीं मिलेगा.
