सड़क सुरक्षा माह: गुमला में उपायुक्त ने जागरूकता रथ को किया रवाना

गुमला – सड़क सुरक्षा माह (01 जनवरी 2025 से 31 जनवरी 2025) के अंतर्गत सड़क सुरक्षा के प्रति जागरूकता बढ़ाने के लिए 03 जनवरी 2025 को गुमला उपायुक्त कार्यालय से जागरूकता रथ को रवाना किया गया। इस कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ उपायुक्त श्री कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने अन्य अधिकारियों के साथ मिलकर हरी झंडी दिखाकर किया। इस अवसर पर उपस्थित अधिकारियों में डीडीसी श्री दिलेश्वर महतो, पीडी आईटीडीए रीना हांसदा, एनडीसी ललन कुमार रजक, जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी राकेश कुमार गोप, और डीएसपी बीरेंद्र टोप्पो शामिल थे।

सड़क सुरक्षा अभियान का उद्देश्य

उपायुक्त श्री कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने बताया कि जागरूकता रथ का मुख्य उद्देश्य आम जनता को यातायात नियमों के प्रति जागरूक करना है। इस माह के दौरान विविध कार्यक्रम आयोजित किए जाएंगे, जिनमें रैली, नुक्कड़ नाटक, निबंध प्रतियोगिता, क्विज प्रतियोगिता, और वाहन चेकिंग अभियान प्रमुख हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि सड़क सुरक्षा को लेकर सरकार द्वारा लगातार प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं, ताकि सड़क दुर्घटनाओं में कमी लाई जा सके और लोगों की जान-माल की हानि से बचा जा सके।

ग्रामीण और शहरी क्षेत्रों में जागरूकता

इस अभियान के तहत न केवल शहरी क्षेत्रों बल्कि ग्रामीण और पंचायत स्तर पर भी गतिविधियां आयोजित की जाएंगी। स्कूलों में बच्चों के बीच जागरूकता कार्यक्रमों का आयोजन किया जाएगा, जिससे आने वाली पीढ़ी को सड़क सुरक्षा के महत्व को समझाया जा सके।

जागरूकता रथ के माध्यम से संदेश

जागरूकता रथ के द्वारा यातायात नियमों के पालन के संदेश को जन-जन तक पहुंचाने के लिए ऑडियो क्लिप्स का उपयोग किया गया। यह रथ गुमला-सिसई रोड, गुमला-पालकोट रोड, और अन्य क्षेत्रों में प्रचार-प्रसार करता रहा। लोगों को हेलमेट पहनने, सीट बेल्ट के उपयोग, और नशा रहित वाहन चलाने के प्रति जागरूक किया गया।

मुख्य संदेश

1. हेलमेट का उपयोग: वाहन चलाते समय हेलमेट पहनने की अनिवार्यता को रेखांकित किया गया। यह बताया गया कि दुर्घटना के दौरान चालक और पीछे बैठे व्यक्ति दोनों को समान रूप से चोट लगने का खतरा रहता है।
2. सीट बेल्ट का महत्व: चार पहिया वाहनों में सीट बेल्ट का प्रयोग करने पर जोर दिया गया।
3. नशा मुक्त वाहन संचालन: नशे की स्थिति में वाहन चलाने से बचने के लिए प्रेरित किया गया।
4. गति सीमा का पालन: निर्धारित गति सीमा में वाहन चलाने और ओवरटेकिंग से बचने का आग्रह किया गया।

सहभागिता और सहयोग

इस अभियान में शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, और पुलिस विभाग की सक्रिय सहभागिता सुनिश्चित की गई है। जरूरत पड़ने पर सुरक्षा और अन्य व्यवस्थाओं को मजबूत किया जाएगा, ताकि सड़क सुरक्षा नियमों के प्रति लापरवाही को कम किया जा सके।

अभियान की महत्ता

सड़क सुरक्षा माह के आयोजन का मुख्य उद्देश्य लोगों को यातायात नियमों के महत्व को समझाना और सड़क दुर्घटनाओं में कमी लाना है। उपायुक्त ने जोर देकर कहा कि यह न केवल जान-माल की रक्षा करेगा बल्कि दुर्घटनाओं के बाद होने वाली मानसिक और आर्थिक समस्याओं से भी बचाएगा।
