शिल्पी नेहा तिर्की ने दिखाए तेवर,कहा-15 दिनों के अंदर जन्म और मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र हर हाल में हो तैयार 

रांची : कृषि, पशुपालन एवं सहकारिता मंत्री शिल्पी नेहा तिर्की ने 15 दिनों के अंदर जन्म- मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र का लाभ देने का निर्देश दिया है. लापुंग प्रखंड कार्यालय में सरकारी योजनाओं को लेकर आयोजित बैठक के दौरान मंत्री ने कहा कि अक्सर जन्म-मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र को लेकर शिकायत मिलती है. ग्रामीण इलाकों में लोगों को इसके लिए पंचायत सचिवालय से लेकर प्रखंड कार्यालय तक के चक्कर लगाने पड़ते हैं.

मंत्री ने पंचायत सचिव को जन्म-मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र की प्रक्रिया 15 दिन के अंदर पूर्ण कर लेने को कहा है. लापुंग में अधिकारियों के साथ समीक्षा के दौरान कुआं निर्माण में हुई गड़बड़ी का मामला भी सामने आया. बगैर काम पूरा हुए राशि की निकासी से लेकर योजना की बंदरबांट को लेकर मंत्री नाराज दिखी.

मंत्री ने कहा-योजनाओं में लापरवाही बर्दाश्त नहीं होगी

मंत्री ने अधिकारियों को स्पष्ट शब्दों में कहा कि सरकार की योजनाओं में किसी तरह की कोई लापरवाही वो बर्दाश्त नहीं करेंगी. बात चाहे कृषि , पशुपालन एवं सहकारिता विभाग की योजना का हो या दूसरे किसी भी विभाग की योजना का. हर हाल में लाभुक को उस योजना का लाभ समय सीमा के अंदर देना होगा.

उन्होंने कहा कि जहां भी योजना को धरातल पर उतारने में कोई परेशानी या अड़चन हो, कर्मचारी बेहतर तालमेल और वरीय अधिकारियों के सुझाव पर उसे तत्काल निबटारा करें. इसके साथ ही मंत्री ने लाभुकों से भी सरकार की योजना को लेकर जागरूक रहने और अपने हक अधिकार को समझने की नसीहत दी है.

लापुंग में हाथी के आतंक से बचाव के लिए अधिकारियों को कैंप लगाने का निर्देश

मंत्री ने लापुंग में हाथी के आतंक से लेकर जंगली भालू से बचाव के लिए अधिकारियों को कैंप लगाने का निर्देश दिया है. कैंप के माध्यम से टॉर्च, पटाखे के साथ हाथी को भगाने के लिए जरूरी सतर्कता की जानकारी दी जाएगी. लापुंग प्रखंड कार्यालय में बैठक के बाद मंत्री ने लापुंग के कृषक पाठशाला का भी निरीक्षण किया. कृषि, पशुपालन एवं सहकारिता विभाग के द्वारा 27 एकड़ इस कृषक पाठशाला को धरातल पर उतारा गया है. यहां उन्नत कृषि की जानकारी के साथ बकरी-मछली पालन भी किया जाता है. मंत्री यहां अधिकारियों को कई तरह के दिशा निर्देश भी दिए।
