लाटसाहब की ठाट–बाट छोड़कर कांटों भरी राह चुनने वाले नेताओं में शुमार हो गए रघुवर दास

रांची : राजनीति अब सेवा का जरिया नहीं रहा, बल्कि यह कमाई का जरिया बन चुका है. जितना बड़ा ओहदा उतनी अधिक कमाई. मुख्यमंत्री, मंत्री, विधायक, सांसद बन गए तो फिर क्या कहना. शान-शौकत, ठाट-बाट की जिंदगी. आलीशान महल, बेशुमार दौलत, लग्जरी व मंहगी गाडियां, कई शहरों में संपत्ति, चाक-चौबंद सुरक्षा, हर तरफ भीड़, मान-प्रतिष्ठा यानी सबकुछ एक ही जन्म में हासिल हो गया. लेकिन यदि कोई यह सब कुछ छोड़कर कांटों भरी राह चुनता है.

राजनीति को सेवा का माध्यम मानता है. राज्य व जनता की सेवा करना चाहता है, तो हमारी समझ से इसकी चर्चा जरूरी होनी चाहिए. ताकि दूसरे लोगों को कुछ तो सीख मिले. फिर जिसने यह सबकुछ त्याग दिया हो उसका भी मनोबल बढ़े. उसे भी लगे कि मेरे फैसले को सराहने वाले भी हैं. फैसला नजीर बने.

मैं चर्चा करूंगा रघुवर दास की. पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री रघुवर दास 14 माह पहले ओडिशा के राज्यपाल बनाए गए थे. राज्यपाल को लाट साहब भी कहा जाता है. राजभवन की चहारदीवारी कितनी बड़ी होती है. प्रोटोकॉल क्या है. संवैधानिक पद की अहमियत क्या है. क्या शान-शौकत व ठाट होती है सबको पता है. इसलिए इस पर चर्चा करना जरूरी नहीं है.

हमेशा कॉमन मैन की तरह ही रहे रघुवर

राज्यपाल का महत्वपूर्ण पद छोड़कर रघुवर दास ने सक्रिय राजनीति में लौटने का फैसला लिया. बिना किसी दबाव के एक झटके में लाटसाहब का पद त्याग दिया. ओडिशा राजभवन की चहारदीवारी से बाहर निकल झारखंड की जनता के बीच आ गए. राजनीति में जब पद के लिए मारामारी हो, तिकड़मबाजी हो. पैसे का लेन-देन हो, तब ऐसे में राज्यपाल का पद छोड़ना आसान नहीं है. इसलिए रघुवर दास के फैसले की सराहना की जानी चाहिए. उनके पद त्याग की चर्चा होनी चाहिए.

राजनीति में रघुवर दास ने एक नजीर पेश की है. वह हमेशा कामन मैन की तरह ही रहे. इन्हें तामझाम की राजनीति पसंद नहीं है. मुख्यमंत्री थे तो सायरन संस्कृति को खत्म किया था. ओडिशा राजभवन का दरवाजा जनता के लिए खोल दिया था.

झारखंड की राजनीति में रघुवर दास ने ऐसे समय में वापसी की है जब विधानसभा चुनाव में लगातार दो हार के बाद भाजपा पस्त हो चुकी है. नेताओं- कार्यकर्ताओं का मनोबल टूटा हुआ है. संगठन कमजोर है. पार्टी गुटबाजी से परेशान है. पार्टी पर जनाधारविहीन नेताओं का कब्जा है. यानी हर तरफ से निराशा का मौहाल है. चुनाव भी पांच साल दूर है. सत्ता कहीं से करीब नहीं है. फिर भी कठिन दौर में बुलंद हौसले के साथ आना बड़ी बात है.

रघुवर दास के आत्मविश्वास की दाद देनी चाहिए. भाजपा की सदस्यता ग्रहण समारोह में वह आत्मविश्वास से लबरेज दिखे. कार्यकर्ताओं में जोश भरा. संघर्ष के बल पर फिर से सत्ता में वापसी का ऐलान भी किया. हेमंत सोरेन सरकार को चुनौती भी दी. रघुवर की वापसी की खबर से ही भाजपाइयों में जान आ गई है. सदस्यता ग्रहण समारोह में इसकी झलक भी मिली.

शायद उन्होंने पिछली गलतियों से सबक लिया 

झारखंड के इतिहास में अब तक रघुवर दास ही एक मात्र सीएम रहे जिन्होंने पांच साल का कार्यकाल पूरा किया है. रघुवर सरकार में हुए विकास कार्यों की चर्चा होती है. अधिकारियों पर उनकी पकड़ थी. अधिकारी डरते थे, इसलिए काम होता था. हालांकि उनके रूखे व्यवहार और कुछ मामलों में अड़ियल रवैये की चर्चा भी होती है. 2019 के विधानसभा चुनाव में उनके कुछ फैसलों का असर चुनाव परिणाम पर पड़ा. भाजपा सत्ता से बाहर हो गई. सारे प्रयास के बावजूद 2024 का परिणाम तो और खराब रहा.

बहरहाल तमाम झंझावातों को देखते-समझते हुए भी रघुवर दास ने सक्रिय राजनीति में वापसी की है. पिछली गलतियों से उन्होंने सबक लिया है, इसलिए कहते भी हैं कि पहले क्या हुआ. उस पर चर्चा करने से कोई लाभ नहीं है. आगे की राजनीति करनी है. अब 2025 की बात करिये. 2029 में फिर से भाजपा आएगी. रघुवर दास फिर से एक नई जिम्मदारी में हैं. आगे क्या होता है यह देखना महत्वपूर्ण होगा..
