गुमला में मासिक अपराध गोष्ठी संपन्न: पुलिस कप्तान ने दी नववर्ष की शुभकामनाएं और निर्देश

गुमला – गुमला जिले में मासिक अपराध गोष्ठी का आयोजन मंगलवार को IRB कैंप नागफेनी में किया गया। इस बैठक की अध्यक्षता पुलिस कप्तान शंभू कुमार सिंह ने की। गोष्ठी में जिले के पुलिस अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी सुरेश प्रसाद यादव, सभी थाना प्रभारी, पुलिस अंचल निरीक्षक, परिचारी प्रवर, और शाखा प्रभारी मौजूद थे। बैठक का मुख्य उद्देश्य जिले की अपराध स्थिति की समीक्षा और भविष्य की कार्रवाई की योजना बनाना था।

बैठक की शुरुआत और चर्चा के मुख्य बिंदु

गोष्ठी की शुरुआत में पुलिस कप्तान ने सभी अधिकारियों को नववर्ष 2025 की शुभकामनाएं दीं। उन्होंने जिले की प्रमुख चुनौतियों पर चर्चा करते हुए कहा कि मादक पदार्थों की तस्करी, सड़क सुरक्षा, और अंधविश्वास जैसे डायन-बिसाही, ओझा-गुणी कुरीतियों पर विशेष ध्यान दिया जाए।

अपराध दर में आई कमी

पुलिस कप्तान ने वर्ष 2023 की तुलना में 2024 में कुछ अपराधों में आई कमी पर संतोष व्यक्त किया। निम्नलिखित अपराधों में गिरावट दर्ज की गई:

प्रमुख निर्देश और कार्रवाई

सड़क सुरक्षा पर जोर

• बिना हेलमेट और लापरवाही से वाहन चलाने वालों पर मोटर वाहन अधिनियम के तहत कार्रवाई का निर्देश।
• सड़क दुर्घटनाओं को कम करने के लिए जागरूकता अभियान चलाने का आदेश।

मादक पदार्थ और अपराध नियंत्रण

• नशीले पदार्थों की रोकथाम के लिए सघन अभियान और छापेमारी।
• जेल से जमानत पर छूटे अपराधियों की गतिविधियों की निगरानी।
• गिरी-भेदन, चोरी, और लूट की घटनाओं की समीक्षा और रोकथाम के लिए दिशा-निर्देश।

जनशिकायत और पुलिसिंग सुधार

• जन शिकायतों के त्वरित समाधान पर जोर।
• विभागीय कार्यवाहियों की अद्यतन स्थिति की समीक्षा।
• एंटी-क्राइम वाहन चेकिंग को स्थान और समय बदल-बदलकर चलाने का आदेश।

प्रदर्शन का आकलन और प्रोत्साहन

बैठक में थाना प्रभारियों के प्रदर्शन का आकलन किया गया।

• जिन अधिकारियों का प्रदर्शन औसत से कम रहा, उन्हें चेतावनी दी गई।
• उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन करने वाले अधिकारियों को प्रोत्साहित किया गया।

समुदायिक पुलिसिंग पर बल

पुलिस कप्तान ने समुदायिक पुलिसिंग को मजबूत करने के लिए आम जनता के साथ समन्वय स्थापित करने का निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि पुलिस और जनता के बीच बेहतर संबंध अपराध नियंत्रण में सहायक हो सकते हैं।

पुलिस की प्रतिबद्धता

गोष्ठी के अंत में पुलिस कप्तान शंभू कुमार सिंह ने कहा, “जिला पुलिस प्रशासन अपराधों को नियंत्रित करने और कानून व्यवस्था बनाए रखने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है। हमें उम्मीद है कि नई रणनीतियों और बेहतर समन्वय से हम जिले को सुरक्षित और अपराध मुक्त बना पाएंगे।”
