गुमला – गुमला जिले के उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी की अध्यक्षता में शुक्रवार को जिला प्रशासन द्वारा CSR (कॉरपोरेट सामाजिक उत्तरदायित्व) और जिला उद्योग विभाग की योजनाओं की समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में खनन क्षेत्रों में हिंडाल्को द्वारा संचालित जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं और जिला उद्योग विभाग की विभिन्न परियोजनाओं की प्रगति की विस्तार से समीक्षा की गई।
CSR कार्यों की समीक्षा: प्राथमिकता पेयजल और स्कूल मरम्मत
उपायुक्त ने खनन क्षेत्रों में पेयजल आपूर्ति को सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता देने का निर्देश दिया।
- स्कूल मरम्मत और जल मीनार निर्माण जैसे CSR कार्यों का बिंदुवार मूल्यांकन किया गया।
- चौरापाठ आवासीय विद्यालय के लंबित कार्यों को 5 फरवरी तक पूर्ण करने के सख्त निर्देश दिए गए।
- गहरे बोरिंग और जरूरतमंद क्षेत्रों में पानी की आपूर्ति सुनिश्चित करने के लिए त्वरित कार्रवाई की बात कही गई।
खनन क्षेत्रों के बाहर GM लैंड का मापन
उपायुक्त ने खनन क्षेत्रों के बाहर GM लैंड का मापी कर माइनिंग रेट निर्धारित करने के लिए संबंधित अंचल अधिकारियों और जिला खनन पदाधिकारी को निर्देश दिए।
जिला उद्योग विभाग की समीक्षा: युवाओं के रोजगार पर जोर
बैठक में प्रधानमंत्री विश्वकर्मा योजना और PMFME योजना की प्रगति की समीक्षा की गई।
- लंबित आवेदनों को शीघ्र निपटाने के लिए प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया गया।
- युवाओं के लिए रोजगार के अवसर बढ़ाने पर विशेष जोर देते हुए, तय लक्ष्यों के अनुसार कार्य सुनिश्चित करने को कहा गया।
- PMFME योजना की धीमी प्रगति पर असंतोष व्यक्त करते हुए, युवाओं को अधिकतम रोजगार से जोड़ने के लिए तेजी लाने की बात कही गई।
बैठक में उपस्थित अधिकारी
बैठक में उप विकास आयुक्त, जिला खनन पदाधिकारी, जिला यक्ष्मा पदाधिकारी, जिला उद्यमी समन्वयक, अंचल अधिकारी (घाघरा और बिशुनपुर), हिंडाल्को के प्रतिनिधि और अन्य संबंधित पदाधिकारी उपस्थित थे।

उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने कहा, “जिला प्रशासन जनकल्याण और विकास कार्यों को तेजी से पूरा करने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है। सभी विभागों को अपनी जिम्मेदारियों का निर्वहन तत्परता और पारदर्शिता के साथ करना चाहिए।”
