राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य मिशन और THF के साथ गुमला जिला प्रशासन का ऐतिहासिक समझौता, प्रोजेक्ट किशोरी को मिला बड़ा अवसर

रांची – सदर अस्पताल कॉन्फ्रेंस हॉल में आयोजित नेशनल लेवल MMU सिनर्जी वर्कशॉप 2025 के दौरान राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य मिशन (NHM), द हंस फाउंडेशन (THF), और गुमला जिला प्रशासन के बीच त्रिपक्षीय समझौता (MoU) पर हस्ताक्षर किए गए। यह समझौता गुमला जिले के आकांक्षी प्रखंड डुमरी में “प्रोजेक्ट किशोरी” को प्रोत्साहित करने और महिलाओं के सशक्तिकरण की दिशा में एक ऐतिहासिक कदम है।

प्रोजेक्ट किशोरी: मासिक धर्म स्वच्छता में बदलाव की शुरुआत

गुमला के डुमरी प्रखंड में जय सरना सखी आजीविका मंडल द्वारा संचालित प्रोजेक्ट किशोरी एक अभिनव पहल है। जिला प्रशासन और जेएसएलपीएस (पालाश समर्थित स्वयं सहायता समूह) के सहयोग से यह इकाई ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों की महिलाओं और किशोरियों के बीच मासिक धर्म स्वच्छता को बढ़ावा देने के उद्देश्य से कार्यरत है।

इस परियोजना के तहत सैनिटरी नैपकिन निर्माण का कार्य किया जा रहा है, जो न केवल महिलाओं के स्वास्थ्य को बेहतर बनाएगा बल्कि उन्हें आर्थिक रूप से भी सशक्त करेगा।

द हंस फाउंडेशन से मासिक ऑर्डर

इस समझौते के तहत, द हंस फाउंडेशन ने प्रोजेक्ट किशोरी से हर महीने 10,000 पैकेट (प्रत्येक में 10 सैनिटरी पैड) खरीदने का वादा किया है।

• कुल उत्पादन: 1,00,000 सैनिटरी पैड प्रति माह।
• ऑर्डर मूल्य: ₹2.25 लाख प्रति माह।
• यह सैनिटरी नैपकिन झारखंड में THF के हस्तक्षेप क्षेत्रों में वितरित किए जाएंगे।

महिला सशक्तिकरण और स्वास्थ्य सुधार की दिशा में कदम

यह समझौता महिला सशक्तिकरण का प्रतीक है। इसके जरिए महिलाओं को न केवल आय का एक स्थिर स्रोत मिलेगा, बल्कि यह ग्रामीण किशोरियों और महिलाओं के स्वास्थ्य और स्वच्छता में भी महत्वपूर्ण योगदान देगा।

गुमला जिला प्रशासन का नेतृत्व और योगदान

गुमला के उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी के नेतृत्व में इस पहल को बढ़ावा मिला है।

• उपायुक्त ने वीडियो संदेश के माध्यम से महिलाओं के सशक्तिकरण और स्वास्थ्य सुधार पर जोर दिया।
• प्रोजेक्ट की सफलता में डुमरी ब्लॉक प्रशासन, BDO डुमरी, और जिला प्रशासन की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका रही।

समारोह में उपस्थिति

इस ऐतिहासिक अवसर पर जय सरना सखी आजीविका मंडल की अध्यक्ष, सचिव, कोषाध्यक्ष, डीपीएम जेएसएलपीएस, डीएम-एफआई, और रमेश कुमार ने अपनी उपस्थिति दर्ज कराई।

साझेदारी का महत्व

यह समझौता न केवल गुमला जिले की सशक्तिकरण पहलों को नई पहचान देगा, बल्कि मासिक धर्म स्वच्छता को लेकर एक नई शुरुआत का प्रतीक बनेगा। इसके माध्यम से स्थानीय महिलाओं को आर्थिक आजादी मिलेगी और उन्हें समाज में सम्मानजनक स्थान प्राप्त करने का अवसर मिलेगा।
