JPSC घोटाले में शामिल अधिकारियों के खिलाफ सीबीआई कोर्ट एक्शन में, 72 के खिलाफ जारी हुआ समन, पोस्टेेड अधिकारियों में मची खलबली

रांची : सीबीआई कोर्ट ने लगभग 12 साल पुराने सेकेंड जेपीएससी नियुक्ति घोटाले में दाखिल चार्जशीट पर संज्ञान लिया है। सीबीआई ने नवंबर 2024 में अपनी जांच पूरी कर रांची के सीबीआई कोर्ट में चार्जशीट दाखिल की थी। चार्जशीट में जेपीएससी के पूर्व अध्यक्ष दिलीप कुमार प्रसाद समेत कुल 72 अभियुक्तों के खिलाफ शुक्रवार को समन जारी करने का आदेश दिया गया है। इनमें आयोग के पूर्व अध्यक्ष, सदस्य, विधायक और पूर्व मंत्रियों के परिवार के लोग शामिल हैं.

कई अधिकारी प्रमोशन के बाद डीएससी से एसपी जैसे पदों पर कार्यरत

उल्लेखनीय है कि चार्जशीट में जेपीएससी के तत्कालीन सदस्य और कोऑर्डिनेटर के कहने पर 12 परीक्षार्थियों के नंबर बढ़ाने के घोटाले सामने आए हैं. कई अभ्यर्थियों की कापियों में भी फेरबदल किया गया और इंटरव्यू के दौरान उनके असल नंबरों को भी बढ़ाया गया। दिलचस्प बात ये है कि चार्जशीट में कई ऐसे अधिकारियों के नाम हैं, जिन्होंने प्रमोशन के बाद डीएससी से एसपी जैसे महत्वपूर्ण पदों पर कार्यरत हैं.

कई अभ्यर्थियों की कापियों में काट-छांट कर नंबर बढ़ाए गए

बता दें कि जेपीएससी द्वतीय मामले की जांच 2012 में झारखंड हाईकोर्ट के आदेश पर सीबीआई को सौंप दी गई थी। इससे पूर्व मई 2024 में सीबीआई ने 37 लोगों के खिलाफ चार्जशीट दायर की थी, जिसमें जेपीएससी के कुछ अन्य वरिष्ठ अधिकारी भी आरोपित थे। सीबीआई ने अपनी चार्जशीट में खुलासा किया है कि जेपीएससी के तत्कालीन सदस्य और को-आर्डिनेटर के निर्देश पर 12 परीक्षार्थियों के नंबर बढ़ाए गए थे। कई अभ्यर्थियों की कापियों में काट-छांट कर नंबर बढ़ाए गए और सफल उम्मीदवारों को इंटरव्यू में मिले वास्तविक नंबरों में भी हेरफेर किया गया।

समन में इन अधिकारियों के नाम शामिल

सीबीआई की चार्जशीट में जिनके खिलाफ समन जारी किया गया है, उनमें जेपीएससी के तत्कालीन अध्यक्ष दिलीप कुमार प्रसाद, तत्कालीन सदस्य गोपाल प्रसाद सिंह, राधा गोविंद सिंह नागेश, एलिस उषा रानी सिंह, शांति देवी, अरविंद कुमार, प्रशांत कुमार लायक, सोहन राम, राधा प्रेम किशोर, विनोद राम, हरि शंकर बड़ाईक, हरि शंकर सिंह मुंडा, रवि कुमार कुजुर, मुकेश कुमार महतो, मौसमी नागेश,  एसए खन्ना, अल्बर्ट टोप्पो, कानुराम नाग, बटेश्वर पंडित, कोआर्डिनेटर परमानंद सिंह, एस अहमद, नंदलाल, संगीता कुमारी, कुंदन कुमार सिंह, लाल मोहन नाथ शाहदेव, प्रकाश कुमार, कुमारी गीतांजलि,  हरि उरांव, रजनीश कुमार, शिवेंद्र, संतोष कुमार चौधरी और कुमार शैलेंद्र के नाम शामिल हैं।

सुदेश महतो और राधाकृष्ण किशोर के भाई भी शामिल 

बहुचर्चित द्तीय जेपीएससी घोटाले में शामिल कई अधिकारी या मंत्रियों के रिश्तेदारों के नाम शामिल हैं. मुख्य रूप से आजसू सुप्रीमो सुदेश महतो के भाई मुकेश कुमार महतो, कांग्रेस कोटे से हेमंत सरकार में शामिल वित्त मंत्री बने राधाकृष्ण किशोर के भाई राधा प्रेम किशोर, झारखंंड के महाधिवक्ता रहे अनिल सिन्हा के भतीजे रोहित सिन्हा और वर्तमान में केंद्रीय मंत्री अन्नापूर्णा देवी की अपनी बड़ी बहन के देेवर रामकृष्ण कुमार जैैैसे अधिकारी शामिल हैं. कई अधिकारी प्रमोशन पाकर बड़े अधिकारी बन चुके हैं. चार्जशीट दाखिल होने के बाद ऐसे अधिकारियों में खलबली मची हुई है.
