हजारीबाग के मेडिकल कॉलेज अस्पताल परिसर में अवस्थित नीमेश्वर महावीर मंदिर प्रांगण में आयोजित श्री श्री 1008 रुद्र चंडी महायज्ञ का विधिवत् शुरुआत सोमवार को दश विद्या स्नान, जलयात्रा, मण्डप प्रवेश पूजन और भव्य सायंकालीन आरती के साथ हुआ। जिसमें बतौर मुख्य अतिथि हजारीबाग लोकसभा क्षेत्र के सांसद मनीष जायसवाल यहां पहुंचे और निमेश्वर धाम से पूजा- अर्चना कर कलश यात्रियों को कलश देकर जल उठाव के लिए रवाना किया। कुल 151 कलशयात्री अपने माथे में कलश धारण करके ललाट में जय माता दी का पट्टी बांधकर पारंपरिक परिधानों के साथ भक्तिभाव से भक्ति गीत गाते हुए तासो की मधुर झंकार के साथ झूमते हुए कतर बंद होकर बड़ी अनुशासित तरीके से छठ तालाब पहुंचे। जहां से कलश में जल उठाकर अन्नदा चौक, बंशीलाल चौक, झंडा चौक होते हुए पुनः यज्ञ मंडप पहुंचे। इस आकर्षक, भव्य और दिव्य कलश यात्रा में खुद सांसद मनीष जायसवाल भी कदमताल करते दिखे। उन्होंने महाजन की समिति श्रेणी नीमेश्वर महावीर मंदिर सह शिव गौरी मंदिर के पदाधिकारी का फूल माला पहनकर हौसलाफजाई किया और उनके इस सामूहिक धार्मिक प्रयास की सराहना भी की ।
मौके पर सांसद मनीष जायसवाल ने कहा कि अस्पताल परिसर में अवस्थित यह मंदिर आस्था का केंद्र के रूप में उभरा है। यहां मरीज के परिजन जहां प्रार्थना करते हैं वहीं चिकित्सक भी यहां माथा टेककर ही आगे बढ़ते हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि भक्ति, ज्ञान और वैराग्य तीनों मानव जीवन में होना अति आवश्यक है और इन तीनों का संचार यज्ञ के माध्यम से हमारे अंतरात्मा में होता है। उन्होंने ईश्वर से हजारीबाग लोकसभा क्षेत्र की सुख, शांति और समृद्धि की भीकामना की ।
इधर मंदिर परिसर को यज्ञ आयोजन समिति द्वारा दुल्हन की तरह सजाया गया है। पुष्प और विद्युतीय रौशनी से पाट दिया गया है। आसपास का वातावरण भक्ति हो गया है। यज्ञ के सफल संचालन के लिए यज्ञाचार्य कृष्णा पंडित, आचार्य सूर्यकांत त्रिपाठी, उपाचार्य नीतेश शास्त्री, वैदिक में लक्ष्मीनारायण पांडेय, रहस्यम पांडेय, बीरेंद्र शास्त्री, नकुल पांडेय, शशि पाण्डेय जुटे हुए हैं तो यज्ञ आयोजन समिति के
अध्यक्ष नीरज कुमार, उपाध्यक्ष विकी कुमार सिंह, सचिव राजेश कुमार यादव, कोषाध्यक्ष आशीष कुमार सिन्हा सहित अन्य लोग पूरे भक्तिभाव से तत्पर हैं। कलशयात्रा में विशेषरूप से नीरज कुमार, विक्की सिंह, विजय वर्मा विश्वनाथ विश्वकर्मा, ज्योति दयाल, छोटन साव, संतोष साव, देवंती देवी सहित सैकड़ों लोग शामिल हुए ।
