गुमला में बोर्ड परीक्षा की तैयारी तेज: उपायुक्त ने दिए विशेष निर्देश

गुमला, झारखंड – आगामी 11 फरवरी से शुरू होने वाली मैट्रिक और इंटरमीडिएट की जैक बोर्ड परीक्षाओं को लेकर गुमला के उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने जिले के शैक्षिक संस्थानों और अधिकारियों को विस्तृत निर्देश जारी किए हैं। यह कदम छात्रों के बेहतर प्रदर्शन और जिले की शैक्षणिक गुणवत्ता में सुधार के लिए उठाया गया है।

परीक्षा तैयारी के लिए विशेष योजनाएं
उपायुक्त ने विद्यालयों के प्रधानाध्यापकों, बीईओ, बीपीओ, और अन्य शैक्षणिक अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया है कि वे छात्रों की तैयारियों पर विशेष ध्यान दें। उन्होंने कहा कि छात्रों को बेहतर मार्गदर्शन देने के लिए प्रीबोर्ड टेस्ट, महत्वपूर्ण प्रश्नों का चयन, हॉलिडे असाइनमेंट, पाठ्यक्रम पुनरावलोकन, मॉडल प्रश्नपत्रों का अभ्यास, शिक्षक-अभिभावक बैठकों, और रेमेडियल कक्षाओं जैसी गतिविधियां आयोजित की जा रही हैं।

कमजोर छात्रों के लिए विशेष ध्यान
सभी शिक्षकों को निर्देश दिया गया है कि वे कमजोर छात्रों की जरूरतों का आकलन करें और उन्हें अतिरिक्त सहायता प्रदान करें। उपायुक्त ने सुझाव दिया कि शिक्षकों को छात्रों के सवालों का समाधान करने और उनके अभ्यास को बढ़ावा देने के लिए टेलीफोन और व्हाट्सएप जैसे माध्यमों का इस्तेमाल करना चाहिए।

परीक्षा की रणनीति और मानसिक तैयारी पर जोर
उपायुक्त ने छात्रों के आत्मविश्वास और मानसिक तैयारी पर जोर देते हुए शिक्षकों से अपील की कि वे समय प्रबंधन, नियमित अभ्यास, और रणनीतिक अध्ययन के महत्व पर चर्चा करें। उन्होंने परीक्षा की तैयारी के लिए निम्नलिखित सुझाव दिए:

• अध्ययन का एक सुव्यवस्थित टाइम टेबल तैयार करें।
• शांत और एकांत स्थान पर पढ़ाई करें।
• पाठ्यक्रम की पुनरावृत्ति और मॉडल प्रश्नपत्रों का नियमित अभ्यास करें।
• स्वस्थ दिनचर्या अपनाएं और तनाव कम करने के लिए योग और ध्यान करें।
• संतुलित आहार का सेवन करें।

अभिभावकों के लिए विशेष निर्देश
उपायुक्त ने अभिभावकों से नियमित रूप से बच्चों की उपस्थिति, स्वाध्याय, और स्वास्थ्य पर नजर रखने की अपील की। उन्होंने कहा कि अभिभावकों को बच्चों की दिनचर्या और खानपान में संतुलन बनाए रखने में मदद करनी चाहिए।

सभी छात्रों की समस्याओं पर विशेष ध्यान
उपायुक्त ने आश्वासन दिया कि परीक्षा से संबंधित छात्रों की सभी समस्याओं और आवश्यकताओं का ध्यान रखा जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा, “जिला प्रशासन छात्रों की सफलता सुनिश्चित करने के लिए पूरी तरह प्रतिबद्ध है।”
