गणतंत्र दिवस समारोह की तैयारियों पर गुमला में समीक्षात्मक बैठक आयोजित

गुमला, झारखंड – आगामी 26 जनवरी को गणतंत्र दिवस समारोह को भव्य और हर्षोल्लास के साथ मनाने की तैयारियों के तहत, गुमला के उप विकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो की अध्यक्षता में एक समीक्षात्मक बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में अपर समाहर्ता, जिला नजारत उप समाहर्ता, जिला खेल पदाधिकारी, जिला खनन पदाधिकारी, जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी, और अन्य विभागीय अधिकारी शामिल हुए।

सभी विभागों को समयबद्ध तैयारी के निर्देश
बैठक के दौरान उप विकास आयुक्त ने समारोह की तैयारियों को लेकर सभी विभागों को आवश्यक निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि समारोह स्थल पर पिछले वर्षों की तरह इस बार भी विभागीय झांकियां प्रस्तुत की जाएंगी। प्रत्येक विभाग को यह सुनिश्चित करने को कहा गया कि वे अपनी तैयारियां निर्धारित समय सीमा के भीतर पूरी करें।

सामान्य व्यवस्थाओं पर विशेष ध्यान
बैठक में मुख्य समारोह स्थल की साफ-सफाई, पेयजल आपूर्ति, और चलंत शौचालय की व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करने पर जोर दिया गया। इसके अलावा, शहर के मुख्य चौकों और सड़कों की सफाई और सजावट से संबंधित कार्यों के लिए भी निर्देश जारी किए गए।

बिंदुवार चर्चा और योजना पर फोकस
गणतंत्र दिवस समारोह के आयोजन को सुचारू रूप से संचालित करने के लिए, उप विकास आयुक्त ने विभिन्न पहलुओं पर बिंदुवार चर्चा की। उन्होंने सभी अधिकारियों से अपेक्षा की कि वे अपने-अपने कार्यक्षेत्र में सौंपी गई जिम्मेदारियों को समय पर और प्रभावी ढंग से पूरा करें।

समारोह को भव्य और अनुशासित बनाने का प्रयास
गणतंत्र दिवस के इस विशेष अवसर को अनुशासित और गरिमामय तरीके से मनाने के लिए, समारोह स्थल पर सुरक्षा व्यवस्था और अन्य जरूरी प्रबंधों को प्राथमिकता देने की बात कही गई। उप विकास आयुक्त ने यह भी निर्देश दिया कि जनता और आगंतुकों की सुविधा के लिए हर संभव कदम उठाए जाएं।

जिला प्रशासन ने सभी विभागों से सामूहिक रूप से योगदान देकर इस राष्ट्रीय पर्व को यादगार बनाने की अपील की है।
