सड़क सुरक्षा माह : रांची के रेडिशन ब्लू होटल में उत्कृष्ट कार्य के लिए गिरिडीह जिले को पूरे राज्य में विभिन्न श्रेणियों में 4-4 पदक मिले

राज्य स्तर पर जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी और जिला सड़क सुरक्षा प्रबंधक को सम्मानित किया गया

गिरिडीह : सड़क सुरक्षा माह के दौरान उत्कृष्ट कार्य करने हेतु गिरिडीह जिले को पूरे राज्य में विभिन्न श्रेणियों में 4-4 पदक मिले हैं। राज्य स्तर पर जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी शैलेश कुमार प्रियदर्शी तथा जिला सड़क सुरक्षा प्रबंधन, मोहम्मद वाजिद हसन को सम्मानित किया गया।

सड़क सुरक्षा माह के तहत व्यापक जन जागरूकता हेतु द्वितीय पुरस्कार, गिरिडीह में दुर्घटनाओं की संख्या में कमी आई है, जिसके लिए तृतीय पुरस्कार दिया गया है। अज्ञात वाहन से मिलने वाले मुआवज़े में द्वितीय पुरस्कार तथा सड़क सुरक्षा जागरूकता 2025 में उत्कृष्ट कार्य के लिए प्रथम पुरस्कार से सम्मानित किया गया है।

बता दें कि सड़क सुरक्षा माह के समापन के पश्चात रेडिशन ब्लू होटल रांची में उत्कृष्ट कार्य करने वाले जिलों के सम्मान में राष्ट्रीय सड़क सुरक्षा सेमिनार का आयोजन किया गया। सेमिनार में उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन करने वाले जिलों को सम्मानित किया गया।

परिवहन विभाग के सचिव कृपानंद झा ने होटल रेडिशन ब्लू होटल में आयोजित राष्ट्रीय सड़क सुरक्षा सेमिनार 2025 को संबोधित किया। उन्होंने अपने संबोधन में लोगों को सड़क सुरक्षा के उपायों से अवगत कराकर सड़कों पर होनेवाली दुर्घटनाओं को कम करने की बात कही। इस सेमिनार का मकसद सड़क दुर्घटनाओं एवं उससे होनेवाली मृत्यु को कम करना है।

सड़क सुरक्षा के विभिन्न आयामों पर ध्यान देने की ज़रूरत: कृपानंद झा

विभागीय सचिव कृपानंद झा ने कहा कि सड़क के डिज़ाइन पर ध्यान देने की ज़रूरत है। कभी- कभी सड़क की डिज़ाइन दुर्घटना का कारण बनती है, इसलिए डीपीआर के अनुसार ही सड़कें बनाई जायें। सड़कों पर प्रॉपर साइनएज होनी चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि सड़क दुर्घटना को कम करने के विभिन्न पहलुओं पर ध्यान देने की आवश्यकता है। गाड़ियों की सभी जांच के बाद ही फिटनेस सर्टिफिकेट देना चाहिए। ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस देने से पहले सभी प्रक्रिया पूरी की जानी चाहिए।

सेमिनार में परिवहन मंत्री दीपक बिरुवा, सभी ज़िलों से आये ज़िला परिवहन पदाधिकारी, पुलिस उपाधीक्षक, जिला सड़क सुरक्षा प्रबंधक, पुलिस एवं परिवहन विभाग के पदाधिकारी सहित कई गणमान्य लोग उपस्थित थे।
