परियोजना निदेशक ITDA ने बिशुनपुर में विकास योजनाओं की समीक्षा, अधिकारियों को दिए सख्त निर्देश

गुमला: गुमला ITDA परियोजना निदेशक रीना हांसदा ने बिशुनपुर प्रखंड का दौरा कर विभिन्न सरकारी योजनाओं की प्रगति की समीक्षा की। इस दौरान उन्होंने प्रखंड स्तरीय अधिकारियों और कर्मियों के साथ समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की, जिसमें प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना, मनरेगा, बाल विकास परियोजना, सार्वजनिक वितरण प्रणाली (PDS) और शिक्षा विभाग की योजनाओं सहित अन्य विकास कार्यों की समीक्षा की गई।

PVTG समुदाय के लिए कल्याणकारी योजनाओं पर जोर

बैठक में उन्होंने PM JANMAN योजना के तहत 100% PVTG समुदाय को कल्याणकारी योजनाओं का लाभ देने का निर्देश दिया। इसके अलावा, PVTG ग्रामों में स्वीकृत आवास योजनाओं की लंबित किस्तों का शीघ्र भुगतान सुनिश्चित करने पर जोर दिया।

मनरेगा और कृषि योजनाओं की समीक्षा

मनरेगा योजना की समीक्षा करते हुए मानव दिवस सृजन के लक्ष्यों को पूरा करने और अधिक से अधिक लाभुकों को आम बागवानी योजना से जोड़ने पर बल दिया गया। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि किसानों को स्वरोजगार से जोड़ने के लिए कृषि आधारित योजनाओं का प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन किया जाए।

शिक्षा और छात्र कल्याण योजनाओं की स्थिति पर निर्देश

शिक्षा विभाग की योजनाओं की समीक्षा में उन्होंने कल्याण विभाग की साइकिल वितरण योजना को समय पर पूरा करने और छात्रवृत्ति योजना के तहत लंबित ऑनलाइन आवेदनों का शीघ्र निपटारा करने के निर्देश दिए।

PDS व्यवस्था में सख्ती, डीलरों की होगी जांच

समीक्षा बैठक के दौरान PDS डीलरों द्वारा राशन वितरण की स्थिति का आकलन किया गया। उन्होंने स्पष्ट निर्देश दिया कि 95% से कम राशन वितरण करने वाले डीलरों की जांच प्रखंड आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी द्वारा की जाए और अनियमितता पाए जाने पर कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाए।

सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र का निरीक्षण, स्वच्छता और दवा भंडारण पर जोर

निरीक्षण के दौरान उन्होंने सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र, बिशुनपुर का दौरा किया और ओपीडी, मलन्यूट्रिशन ट्रीटमेंट सेंटर (MTC), दवा भंडार और डिलीवरी वार्ड का जायजा लिया। उन्होंने निर्देश दिया कि MTC केंद्र में स्वच्छता बनाए रखी जाए और बच्चों के पोषण पर विशेष ध्यान दिया जाए। इसके अलावा, दवा भंडारण व्यवस्था की समीक्षा कर एक्सपायरी दवाओं के उचित निस्तारण के निर्देश दिए।

ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में योजनाओं का स्थलीय निरीक्षण

इसके बाद उन्होंने सेरका पंचायत का दौरा कर मनरेगा के तहत बिरसा हरित ग्राम योजना के अंतर्गत आम बागवानी परियोजना और कुआं निर्माण कार्यों का निरीक्षण किया। साथ ही, उन्होंने आंगनबाड़ी केंद्र का औचक निरीक्षण कर वहां की व्यवस्थाओं का जायजा लिया।

निरीक्षण के दौरान उन्होंने कई PDS दुकानों का भी दौरा किया और लाभुकों से मुलाकात कर उनकी समस्याएं सुनीं। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि राशन वितरण प्रणाली में पारदर्शिता सुनिश्चित की जाए और लाभुकों को समय पर खाद्य सामग्री उपलब्ध कराई जाए।

समीक्षा बैठक और निरीक्षण में अधिकारी रहे मौजूद

इस दौरान मुख्य रूप से प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी, अंचल अधिकारी और संबंधित विभागों के अन्य प्रखंड स्तरीय अधिकारी एवं कर्मी उपस्थित रहे। परियोजना निदेशक ने सभी अधिकारियों को योजनाओं के प्रभावी और समयबद्ध क्रियान्वयन के लिए आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए।
