गुमला में ई-कोर्ट्स पर सेमिनार संपन्न, न्यायिक प्रक्रिया को डिजिटल रूप से सुलभ बनाने पर जोर

गुमला: गुमला अधिवक्ता भवन के सभागार में शनिवार को एकदिवसीय सेमिनार का आयोजन किया गया, जिसमें न्यायिक प्रक्रिया को अधिक सरल, सस्ता और सुगम बनाने के लिए ई-कोर्ट्स प्रणाली की जानकारी दी गई। इस पहल के तहत, दूरस्थ गांवों में रहने वाले लोग भी अपने मुकदमों की स्थिति, अदालती आदेश और सुनवाई की तिथियों की जानकारी घर बैठे ऑनलाइन प्राप्त कर सकेंगे।

कार्यक्रम का आयोजन गुमला व्यवहार न्यायालय के तत्वाधान में किया गया। इसका उद्घाटन प्रधान जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश ध्रुव चंद्र मिश्र, प्रधान न्यायाधीश (कुटुंब न्यायालय) एवं डीएलएसए के सचिव ओमप्रकाश द्वारा दीप प्रज्वलित कर किया गया।

न्यायिक प्रक्रिया में डिजिटल नवाचार

सेमिनार को संबोधित करते हुए प्रधान जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश ध्रुव चंद्र मिश्र ने कहा कि ई-कोर्ट्स प्रणाली के माध्यम से न केवल मुकदमों की फाइलिंग डिजिटल रूप से की जा सकती है, बल्कि केस से जुड़ी अन्य महत्वपूर्ण जानकारियां भी इंटरनेट के माध्यम से आसानी से उपलब्ध होंगी। उन्होंने अधिवक्ताओं और उनके सहायक क्लर्कों को इस डिजिटल प्रणाली का अधिकतम लाभ उठाने की सलाह दी, ताकि न्यायालय से संबंधित कार्यों को सुचारू रूप से किया जा सके।

ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के लोगों को होगा लाभ

मिश्र ने बताया कि ई-कोर्ट्स प्रणाली के माध्यम से ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में रहने वाले लोग भी न्यायालय की कार्यवाही से जुड़ी सूचनाएं घर बैठे प्राप्त कर सकेंगे। इससे न केवल न्यायिक प्रक्रिया अधिक पारदर्शी होगी, बल्कि लंबित मुकदमों की स्थिति जानने के लिए लोगों को बार-बार अदालत आने की आवश्यकता भी नहीं पड़ेगी।

तकनीकी जानकारी और प्रशिक्षण

सेमिनार के दौरान मास्टर ट्रेनर अधिवक्ता राकेश वर्मा ने नेशनल ज्यूडिशियल डेटा ग्रिड (NJDG) और वाइड एरिया नेटवर्क (WAN) सॉफ्टवेयर के उपयोग के बारे में विस्तार से जानकारी दी। इसके अतिरिक्त, न्यायालय के कार्यालय सहायक नितिन कुमार और धीरज कुमार ने प्रोजेक्टर के माध्यम से ई-कोर्ट्स के व्यावहारिक पहलुओं पर प्रशिक्षण दिया।

प्रधान न्यायाधीश (कुटुंब न्यायालय) ओमप्रकाश और डीएलएसए सचिव रामलाल गुप्ता ने भी सेमिनार की सफलता में अहम योगदान दिया। कार्यक्रम का संचालन अधिवक्ता अमर कुमार ने किया।

बड़ी संख्या में अधिवक्ताओं ने लिया भाग

इस सेमिनार में बड़ी संख्या में नए और वरिष्ठ अधिवक्ताओं ने भाग लिया और ई-कोर्ट्स प्रणाली को समझने के साथ-साथ इसे अपने कार्यों में अपनाने की प्रतिबद्धता जताई। यह पहल न्यायिक प्रक्रियाओं को अधिक प्रभावी, पारदर्शी और सुगम बनाने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम साबित होगी।
