विनोबा भावे विवि समेत राज्य के सभी राजकीय विश्व – विद्यालयों में अविलंब हो स्थाई कुलपतियों की नियुक्ति :- नवलेश सिंह राष्ट्रीय कार्यकारणी सदस्य एबीवीपी

अखिल भारतीय विद्यार्थी परिषद के राष्ट्रीय कार्यकारणी सदस्य नवलेश सिंह ने महामहिम राज्यपाल से राजभवन में मुलाकात किया,महामहिम ने गर्मजोशी से श्री सिंह का स्वागत किया। अभाविप के राष्ट्रीय कार्यकारणी सदस्य श्री सिंह ने महामहिम राज्यपाल को राज्य में उच्च शिक्षा की वर्तमान परिस्थितियों से अवगत कराते हुए इसकी संभावनाओं पर भी विस्तृत चर्चा महामहिम से किया व इनकी चुनौतियों से भीनिपटने की बात हुई,साथ हीं विनोबा भावे विवि समेत राज्य के सभी राजकीय विश्व – विद्यालयों में स्थाई कुलपति नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया को अतिशीघ्र पूरा करने का आग्रह किया,श्री सिंह ने महामहिम का ध्यान राजकीय विश्व – विद्यालयों की और आकृष्ट कराते हुए बताया कि पिछले लगभग दो वर्षों से विनोबा भावे समेत राज्य के अधिकतर विश्व – विद्यालयों में स्थाई कुलपति समेत सभी प्रमुख प्रशासनिक पद रिक्त पड़ें हैं या तो प्रभार में चल रहे हैं, जिसके कारण शिक्षा व्यवस्था चरमरा गया है, साथ हीं साथ विश्व – विद्यालयों का विकास भी ठप सा पड़ गया है जिसका सीधा प्रभाव विद्यार्थीयों पर पड़ रहा है, शैक्षणिक वातावरण भी प्रभावित हो रहा है ,छात्र कल्याणकारी नीतियों का सही ढंग से क्रियान्वयन नहीं हो पा रहा है! श्री सिंह ने महामहिम का ध्यान शिक्षक एवं शिक्षकेतर कर्मियों के घोर कमी की और भी आकृष कराते हुए स्वीकृत पदों पर अविलंब नियुक्ति कराने का आग्रह किया! साथ हीं महामहिम राज्यपाल को श्री सिंह ने बताया राज्य के सभी विश्व – विद्यालयों के अंतर्गत आने वाले छात्रावासों की स्थिति भी दयनीय है, राज्य के किसी भी विश्व – विद्यालय में शोधयुक्त वातावरण नहीं है,NEP तो लागू कर दिया गया है लेकिन इनमें आधारभूत संरचना और सुविधाओं की घोर कमी है जिसका सीधा असर विद्यार्थियों पर पड़ रहा है और NEP का महज खाना पूर्ति किया जा रहा है जो काफी चिंताजनक है! महामहिम ने श्री सिंह के बातों को गंभीरता पूर्वक सुना और साथ हीं आश्वस्त किया कि स्थाई कुलपतियों की नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया अंतिम पड़ाव पर है बहुत जल्द विनोबा भावे समेत सभी विश्व – विद्यालयों को स्थाई कुलपति मिल जाएगा! साथ हीं विश्व – विद्यालयों के आधारभूत संरचना को सुदृढ़ करने को लेकर राजभवन प्रतिबद्ध है आवश्यक ठोस कदम उठाए जा रहे हैं व आवश्यकता अनुसार उठाए भी जायेंगे!
