विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय में टीसीएस द्वारा आयोजित किया गया प्लेसमेंट ड्राइव

रोजगार के साथ प्लेसमेंट के प्रति जागरूकता लाने का किया गया प्रयास: कुलपति प्रो पवन कुमार पोद्दार

सेवाओं और कंसल्टिंग में वैश्विक अग्रणी कंपनी टाटा कंसलटेंसी सर्विसेज ने बुधवार को विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय हजारीबाग में एक प्लेसमेंट ड्राइव का सफल आयोजन किया। यह महत्वपूर्ण आयोजन गैर-तकनीकी स्नातक छात्रों के लिए किया गया। विश्वविद्यालय के प्लेसमेंट समन्वयक डॉ पंकज मांझी ने बताया कि विश्वविद्यालय के विद्यार्थियों के लिए यह एक असाधारण करियर अवसर था। उन्होंने बताया कि गैर तकनीकी होने के कारण यह आम लोगों के लिए एक खुला अवसर था जो इस क्षेत्र के लिए एक नई उपलब्धि है।

टीसीएस प्लेसमेंट ड्राइव में 350 से अधिक छात्रों ने उत्साहपूर्वक भाग लिया। यह ड्राइव ऑफिस ऑपरेशंस (डेटा प्रोसेसिंग) के लिए थी। यह चयन प्रक्रिया कई चरणों—अभिरुचि परीक्षा, तकनीकी साक्षात्कार और एचआर साक्षात्कार— मे आयोजित की गई। इस प्रक्रिया का संचालन टीसीएस केवरिया अधिकारी गौरव मिश्रा, संदीपन रॉय और एचआर प्रतिनिधियों ने निष्पक्ष एवं पारदर्शी तरीके से किया। ग्रामीण क्षेत्र के छात्रों को मल्टीनेशनल कंपनियों (MNCs) में अवसर दिलाने में गौरव मिश्रा की यह पहल अत्यंत सराहनीय रही।

टीसीएस प्लेसमेंट ड्राइव के उद्घाटन समारोह में समाजविज्ञान संकाय के संकायअध्यक्ष सह विश्वविद्यालय के कुलसचिव डॉ. सादिक रज़्ज़ाक़ ने अपने संबोधन में उन्होंने इस प्लेसमेंट ड्राइव को विश्वविद्यालय की शैक्षणिक और व्यावसायिक उत्कृष्टता की दिशा में एक ऐतिहासिक कदम बताया। उन्होंने इस प्रकार की पहलों को आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर छात्रों के लिए सुनहरा अवसर बताया।

ज्ञात हो कि यह प्लेसमेंट ड्राइव कुलपति प्रो पवन कुमार पोद्दार के व्यक्तिगत पहल से आयोजित हुआ। कुलपति ने इसके सफल आयोजन पर सबको साधुवाद दिया।

डॉ पंकज माझी ने कुलपति के नेतृत्व और इस प्रभावशाली प्लेसमेंट ड्राइव को विश्वविद्यालय परिसर में लाने के लिए धन्यवाद दिया।

डॉ पंकज मांझी ने बताया कि भविष्य में और अधिक प्रतिष्ठित कंपनियों के साथ सहयोग की आशा की जा रही है। उन्होंने आशा व्यक्त की कि इससे विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय के छात्रों के लिए नवाचार, उत्कृष्टता और करियर उन्नति की संस्कृति और अधिक सुदृढ़।

इस सफल आयोजन के पीछे विश्वविद्यालय के अन्य प्लेसमेंट समन्वयकों डॉ. सरोज रंजन और डॉ. मीता रानी सिंह की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका रही।

टीसीएस के प्रतिनिधि विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय के छात्रों की प्रतिभा, उत्साह और तैयारी से अत्यंत प्रभावित हुए। उन्होंने विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा उद्योग जगत के साथ संबंध मजबूत करने की प्रतिबद्धता की सराहना की।
