हजारीबाग पुलिस अधीक्षक ने अपराध नियंत्रण और सुरक्षा व्यवस्था को लेकर दिए कड़े निर्देश

हजारीबाग: जिले में कानून व्यवस्था को सुदृढ़ करने और अपराधों पर लगाम कसने के लिए पुलिस अधीक्षक ने सभी थाना प्रभारियों और पुलिस अधिकारियों को विस्तृत दिशानिर्देश जारी किए हैं। इन निर्देशों में अवैध अफीम की खेती के उन्मूलन से लेकर महिला सुरक्षा, साइबर अपराध, संगठित अपराध और सोशल मीडिया मॉनिटरिंग तक कई अहम बिंदुओं को शामिल किया गया है।

अपराध नियंत्रण और कानून व्यवस्था को लेकर दिए गए निर्देश:

1. अवैध अफीम की खेती का उन्मूलन: अगले एक सप्ताह के भीतर अवैध अफीम की खेती को पूरी तरह नष्ट करने का आदेश दिया गया। इसके साथ ही अफीम उगाने वालों की पहचान कर उनके खिलाफ कठोर कार्रवाई करने और सीसीए (Crime Control Act) के तहत प्रस्ताव समर्पित करने के निर्देश दिए गए।
2. महिला सुरक्षा और अनुसूचित जाति-जनजाति उत्पीड़न मामलों का त्वरित निपटारा: महिला प्रताड़ना, घरेलू हिंसा और एससी/एसटी अत्याचार से संबंधित मामलों का 60 दिनों के भीतर निष्पादन करने का निर्देश दिया गया।
3. महत्वपूर्ण आपराधिक मामलों की समीक्षा: पिछले महीने घटित सभी गंभीर अपराधों की समीक्षा की गई और इनके त्वरित निष्पादन के लिए विशेष निर्देश जारी किए गए।
4. लंबित मामलों का प्राथमिकता के आधार पर निपटारा: 2023 से पहले दर्ज किए गए सभी लंबित मामलों को शीघ्र निपटाने के आदेश दिए गए।
5. वारंट और कुर्की-जब्ती मामलों का विशेष अभियान: थानों में लंबित जमानती और गैर-जमानती वारंट, इश्तेहार एवं कुर्की-जब्ती को जल्द निष्पादित करने के लिए विशेष अभियान चलाने का निर्देश दिया गया।
6. सिविल कोर्ट की सुरक्षा: सभी थाना प्रभारियों को सिविल कोर्ट की सुरक्षा की नियमित समीक्षा करने और सुरक्षा मानकों को सख्ती से लागू करने का निर्देश दिया गया।
7. नशे के कारोबार पर सख्त कार्रवाई: नशे के अवैध कारोबार में संलिप्त गिरोहों के खिलाफ कठोर कार्रवाई करने के निर्देश दिए गए।
8. सोशल मीडिया मॉनिटरिंग और अफवाह फैलाने वालों पर सख्ती: सोशल मीडिया की कड़ी निगरानी करने और अफवाह फैलाने वालों की पहचान कर उनके खिलाफ कानूनी कार्रवाई करने का आदेश दिया गया।
9. संगठित अपराध और अवैध खनन पर सख्त कार्रवाई: अपराध गिरोह, अवैध खनन और सांप्रदायिक सौहार्द बिगाड़ने वालों के खिलाफ CCA और NSA (National Security Act) के तहत कड़ी कार्रवाई करने के निर्देश जारी किए गए।
10. सरकारी भूमि से संबंधित विवादों का समाधान: थानों में लंबित सरकारी जमीन से जुड़े मामलों को जल्द निपटाने के लिए संबंधित अंचल अधिकारी से समन्वय स्थापित करने का निर्देश दिया गया।
11. अवैध कोयला, बालू और पत्थर उत्खनन पर रोक: जिला खनन पदाधिकारी और अंचल अधिकारियों के सहयोग से अवैध खनन गतिविधियों को पूरी तरह बंद कराने के निर्देश दिए गए।
12. साइबर अपराध मामलों का शीघ्र निपटान: सभी लंबित साइबर अपराध मामलों का प्राथमिकता के आधार पर निपटारा करने और दोषियों की गिरफ्तारी सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश जारी किए गए।
13. होली और रामनवमी पर विशेष सतर्कता: आगामी त्योहारों को देखते हुए पूर्व के सांप्रदायिक मामलों की समीक्षा कर अभियुक्तों के सत्यापन और उनके विरुद्ध कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करने को कहा गया।
14. जनसुनवाई और शिकायत निवारण: थाना प्रभारियों को आम नागरिकों की शिकायतों को गंभीरता से लेने और उनका शीघ्र समाधान करने का आदेश दिया गया।
15. गश्त को सख्ती से जारी रखने के निर्देश: थाना क्षेत्र में नियमित गश्त बढ़ाने और संदिग्ध गतिविधियों पर नजर बनाए रखने के निर्देश दिए गए।

सुरक्षा और अपराध नियंत्रण पर पुलिस की सख्ती

हजारीबाग पुलिस अपराध नियंत्रण और नागरिक सुरक्षा के लिए सक्रियता से कार्य कर रही है। इस निर्देश के बाद थाना प्रभारियों की जिम्मेदारी बढ़ गई है और कानून व्यवस्था को दुरुस्त करने के लिए कड़े कदम उठाने की जरूरत होगी। जिले में अवैध गतिविधियों पर रोक लगाने और अपराधियों पर शिकंजा कसने के लिए यह दिशा-निर्देश बेहद अहम साबित होंगे।
