केजीबीवी में आधारभूत ढांचे के सुधार के लिए अदाणी फाउंडेशन की सराहना

गोड्डा: कस्तूरबा गांधी बालिका विद्यालय (केजीबीवी) के आधारभूत ढांचे और शिक्षा स्तर को बेहतर बनाने में अहम योगदान देने के लिए अदाणी फाउंडेशन को सम्मानित किया गया है। जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी-सह-जिला कार्यक्रम पदाधिकारी, मिथिला टुडू ने सोमवार को फाउंडेशन को यह सम्मान सौंपा।

ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में हाशिए पर रहनेवाले समुदायों की लड़कियों की शिक्षा को ध्यान में रख कर भारत सरकार द्वारा 2004 में कस्तूरबा गांधी बालिका आवासीय विद्यालय की शुरुआत की गई थी. इस योजना के तहत अनुसूचित जाति (एससी), अनुसूचित जनजाति (एसटी), अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग (ओबीसी) और अल्पसंख्यक समुदायों की लड़कियों को गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा प्रदान की जाती है।

अदाणी फाउंडेशन की पहल से हुआ बड़ा बदलाव

गोड्डा जिले में अदाणी फाउंडेशन ने केजीबीवी विद्यालयों के बुनियादी ढांचे को सुधारने के लिए कई महत्वपूर्ण कार्य किए हैं। इनमें आठवीं से दसवीं तक की छात्राओं के लिए कक्षाओं में स्मार्ट क्लास लगाने, सुरक्षित और स्वच्छ शौचालयों का नवीनीकरण, बाउंड्री वॉल का निर्माण, रसोई और भोजन क्षेत्र का नवीनीकरण तथा बाला पेंटिंग के माध्यम से दीवारों की सुंदरता बढ़ाने जैसे कार्य शामिल हैं।

छात्राओं के उत्तीर्ण प्रतिशत में वृद्धि, ड्रॉपआउट दर में गिरावट

अदाणी फाउंडेशन के इन प्रयासों का सकारात्मक असर विद्यालयों के प्रदर्शन पर भी पड़ा है। 2018 में जहां छात्रों का उत्तीर्ण प्रतिशत 46-48% था, वह अब बढ़कर 96-99% हो गया है। इसके अलावा छात्राओं की उपस्थिति दर में वृद्धि हुई है। नामांकन दर में बढ़ोतरी दर्ज की गई है। ड्रॉपआउट दर 2018 में 8-9% थी, जो अब घटकर 2-3% रह गई है।

जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी-सह-जिला कार्यक्रम पदाधिकारी, मिथिला टुडू ने अदाणी फाउंडेशन की सराहना करते हुए कहा कि अगर सरकारी योजनाओं के साथ यदि निजी संस्थान भी इस तरह जुड़कर कार्य करें, तो शिक्षा और सामाजिक विकास में बड़ा बदलाव संभव है।

गोड्डा जिले में अदाणी फाउंडेशन की यह पहल एक प्रेरणादायक मॉडल बन गई है। शिक्षा क्षेत्र में इस प्रकार के पहल और सहयोग से भविष्य में और भी बेहतर बदलाव लाने की उम्मीद की जा रही है।
