मंत्री सुदिव्य सोनू ने राजकीय बैद्यनाथ महोत्सव का किया उद्घाटन, कहा-देवघर को देश के अग्रणी पर्यटन स्थलों में शामिल किया जाएगा

देवघर : नगर विकास एवं आवास मंत्री सुदिव्य कुमार सोनू ने देवघर में शुक्रवार को तीन दिवसीय राजकीय बैद्यनाथ महोत्सव का दीप प्रज्ज्वलित कर उद्घाटन किया। यह महोत्सव 06 से मार्च से शुरू हो गया है. महोत्सव 08 मार्च तक चलेगा.

इस मौके पर मंत्री सुदिव्य सोनू ने कहा कि महाशिवरात्रि और शिवबारात के सफल आयोजन के बाद अब राजकीय बैद्यनाथ महोत्सव का आयोजन राज्य सरकार द्वारा बाबा बैद्यनाथ की नगरी में किया गया है।

राज्य सरकार का यह प्रयास है कि देवघर को देश के अग्रणी पर्यटन स्थलों में शामिल किया जाए और इस दिशा में लगातार कार्य किया भी जा रहा है। इस दौरान मंत्री ने मीडिया बंधुओं की सुविधा के लिए विशेष ‘मीडिया गैलरी’ का भी उद्घाटन किया।

देवघर डीसी ने कहा-महोत्सव के जरिए लोक कलाओं को नया आयाम दिया जाएगा

इस अवसर पर देवघर के डीसी विशाल सागर ने कहा कि भारत की समृद्ध लोक कला और संस्कृति को बढ़ावा देने के लिए यह महोत्सव एक महत्वपूर्ण मंच साबित होगा। राजकीय बैद्यनाथ महोत्सव के माध्यम से पारंपरिक लोक नृत्य और लोक कलाओं को एक नया आयाम दिया जाएगा.

उन्होंने कहा कि देवघर को प्रमुख पर्यटन स्थल के रूप में विकसित करने के लिए सरकार पूरी तरह से प्रतिबद्ध है। उन्होंने सभी के सहयोग के लिए आभार प्रकट किया. महोत्सव के पहले दिन उपायुक्त विशाल सागर ने मंत्री सुदिव्य कुमार को शॉल और स्मृति चिन्ह देकर सम्मानित किया। साथ ही, वरीय अधिकारियों द्वारा सांसद, विधायक एवं अन्य जनप्रतिनिधियों को भी सम्मानित किया गया।

इस अवसर पर दुमका सांसद नलिन सोरेन, देवघर विधायक सुरेश पासवान, सारठ विधायक उदय शंकर सिंह, जिला परिषद अध्यक्ष किरण कुमारी, संथालपरगना कमिश्नर लालचंद डाडेल सहित अन्य जनप्रतिनिधि व प्रशासनिक अधिकारी उपस्थित थे.
