गिरिडीह डीसी ने विभिन्न मदों में प्राप्त आवंटन और व्यय की समीक्षा बैठक की, अधिकारियों को दिए गए निर्देश

गिरिडीह : जिले के उपायुक्त नमन प्रियेश लकड़ा ने बुधवार को वर्ष 2024-25 के अन्तर्गत विभिन्न मदों में प्राप्त आवंटन और व्यय की समीक्षा बैठक की। बैठक के दौरान विभिन्न विभागों के उपस्थित संबंधित पदाधिकारी के बीच अलॉटमेंट की अद्यतन स्थिति से स्पष्ट कराने के लिए एक विशेष फॉर्मेट (प्रपत्र) का वितरण किया गया। जिसमें इस पूरे वित्तीय वर्ष में अब तक विभिन्न मदों एवं शीर्षों में प्राप्त आवंटन की विवरणी मद/शीर्ष वार मांगी गई।

सरकार से विभिन्न मदों में प्राप्त आवंटन का अचूक रूप से वित्तीय वर्ष की समाप्ति के पूर्व आवंटित राशि का आहरण कर नियमानुकूल व्यय करने के लिए सभी पदाधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया गया।

विदित हो कि प्रत्येक वित्तीय वर्ष की भांति वर्तमान वित्तीय वर्ष 2024-25 में भी सरकार से विभिन्न कार्यों एवं योजनाओं के संचालन के लिए आवंटन प्राप्त हुआ है। इस आवंटन के विरुद्ध राशि का आहरन कर व्यय भी किया जाना है। वित्तीय वर्ष की अवधि समाप्ति पर है।

इसके आलोक में प्राप्त आवंटन की निकासी कर नियमानुकूल व्यय सुनिश्चित किया जाना है। फलस्वरूप बैठक के दौरान सभी विभागों से बारी-बारी कर योजना एवं गैर-योजना मदों समेत अन्य प्रयोजनों हेतु विभिन्न मदों/शीर्षों में प्राप्त आवंटन की स्थिति एवं उनका खर्च करने संबंधी अद्यतन स्थिति से अवगत होते हुए वित्तीय वर्ष की समाप्ति के पूर्व प्राप्त आवंटन की निकासी कर नियमानुकूल व्यय करने संबंधी आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए गए।
