साप्ताहिक ई-जनशिकायत जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का हुआ आयोजन, घाघरा एवं विशुनपुर के नागरिकों ने ऑनलाइन माध्यम से जुड़ कर की उपायुक्त से मुलाकात

गुमला : – आज शुक्रवार को उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी की अध्यक्षता में आज आयोजित हुए साप्ताहिक ई-जनशिकायत कार्यक्रम में घाघरा और विशुनपुर प्रखंड के नागरिकों ने ऑनलाइन माध्यम से जुड़कर अपनी समस्याओं को बताया।

कार्यक्रम में घाघरा और विशुनपुर प्रखंड से लगभग 30 से अधिक आवेदकों ने अपनी समस्याओं का विवरण दिया। इन समस्याओं में पेंशन, राशन, PM किसान और अन्य सरकारी योजनाओं से संबंधित मुद्दे शामिल थे। उपायुक्त ने सभी समस्याओं को गंभीरता से सुनते हुए संबंधित प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारियों को आवश्यक समस्याओं का ऑन द स्पॉट समाधान करने का निर्देश दिए।
इस दौरान मुख्य रूप से आवास निर्माण करने के सम्बन्ध में कई नागरिकों ने VC के माध्यम से समस्याओं को रखा। इसके अलावा भी कई समस्याओं का समाधान प्रखंड स्तरों पर संबंधित प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी के माध्यम से ऑन द स्पॉट किया गया।

नागरिकों द्वारा उठाए गए मुद्दों में सड़क निर्माण, पेंशन योजना, नाली निर्माण, राशन कार्ड में नाम जोड़ने , PM किसान, जलमीनार मरम्मती, चैकडेम निर्माण, आवास संबंधित सहित अन्य समस्याएं थी।।

उपायुक्त गुमला ने संबंधित अधिकारियों को सभी समस्याओं के त्वरित और प्रभावी निष्पादन के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रशासन आम जनता की समस्याओं के समाधान के लिए पूरी तरह प्रतिबद्ध है। उन्होंने स्थानीय रूप से जिन समस्याओं का समाधान किया जा सकता है उसका त्वरित निष्पादन करने का निर्देश दिया।

*इस माह दिनांक 12 अप्रैल शनिवार को डुमरी एवं जारी प्रखंड में ई जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन होगा, वहीं दिनांक 19 अप्रैल को चैनपुर एवं भरनो तथा दिनांक 26 अप्रैल को सिसई एवं बसिया प्रखंड में होगा जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन। जनशिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन प्रत्येक शनिवार को पूर्वाह्न 10:30 बजे से आयोजित की जाती है। जिले के समस्त नागरिक दिए गए तिथि पर अपने नजदीकी प्रखंड कार्यालय में जाकर ई जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस के कार्यक्रम में शामिल होकर अपनी समस्याओं को ऑनलाइन माध्यम से उपायुक्त से साझा कर सकते हैं।*
