गुमला अंतर्गत 1796 PVTG समुदायों को आवास योजना से किया गया आच्छादित

गुमला: उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी के प्रयास से प्रधानमंत्री जनजाति आदिवासी न्याय महा अभियान (PM JANMAN) के अंतर्गत जनजातीय एवं विशेष से वंचित जनजातीय समूह (PVTG) समुदाय के सतत विकास की दिशा में निरंतर प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं। इसी कड़ी में ऐसे परिवार, जो अभी तक पक्के आवास से वंचित थे, उन्हें प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना (ग्रामीण) के तहत आवास उपलब्ध कराए जा रहे हैं।

गुमला जिले के अंतर्गत अब तक वर्ष 2024- 25 में कुल 1796 PVTG नागरिकों के आवास पूर्ण हो चुके हैं। इनमें से हाल ही में 50 परिवारों के आवासों का निर्माण कार्य भी पूर्ण किया गया है। इन प्रयासों का उद्देश्य न केवल सुरक्षित आवास उपलब्ध कराना है, बल्कि इन परिवारों के सामाजिक और आर्थिक सशक्तिकरण को भी सुनिश्चित करना है।

ऐसी ही एक कहानी है सरिता असुर की, जो अमतीपानी पंचायत, विशुनपुर प्रखंड की निवासी हैं। 41 वर्षीय सरिता अपने पति और छह बच्चों के साथ पहले एक कच्चे घर में रहती थीं। बरसात और ठंड के मौसम में परिवार को भारी कठिनाइयों का सामना करना पड़ता था। बीमारी और आर्थिक तंगी उनके जीवन का हिस्सा बन चुकी थी। कृषि भूमि न होने के कारण उनके पति मजदूरी कर परिवार चलाते थे।

वित्तीय वर्ष 2023-24 में PM JANMAN अभियान के तहत सरिता को पक्का आवास मिला। यह घर उनके लिए केवल चार दीवारें नहीं, बल्कि आत्मसम्मान और सुरक्षा की नींव बन गया। इस स्थिरता का प्रभाव उनके जीवन पर साफ़ देखने को मिला — सरिता के पति ने एक छोटी किराना दुकान शुरू की, जिससे परिवार की आमदनी बढ़ी। साथ ही पशुपालन का कार्य भी प्रारंभ किया, जिससे परिवार आर्थिक रूप से और सशक्त हुआ।

आज सरिता का परिवार न केवल सुरक्षित घर में रह रहा है, बल्कि एक बेहतर भविष्य की ओर अग्रसर है।

गुमला जिला प्रशासन, राज्य सरकार और भारत सरकार के संयुक्त प्रयासों से PVTG समुदाय के समग्र विकास हेतु विभिन्न योजनाओं का क्रियान्वयन किया जा रहा है। जिला प्रशासन इस दिशा में सतत कार्य कर रहा है ताकि अंतिम व्यक्ति तक योजनाओं का लाभ पहुंच सके।
